Vores hjem er dit hjem beliggende i Sneads Ferry kun 4 miles væk fra de smukke strande på Topsail Island. Når du ikke besøger stranden, kan du fylde maven med nogle af de lokale, friske fisk og skaldyr på en af de mange nærliggende restauranter. Vi er 3 miles fra den nærmeste marina og 2 miles fra bagporten eller Camp Lejeune. NC Stay

When we got there both bathrooms were dirty and there was stuff on the master bathroom wall that we had to wash off. Kitchen was also dirty and didn’t look like it got a thorough cleaning from the prior visit. Place was advertised with a washer and dryer and when we got there the washer was unplugged and we were told a day into the stay that one would be there a couple days later. We booked the house based off availability to have a washer and dryer.

Very nice beach get away

It was such a pleasant stay and the property was so nice and clean and spacious. Our 2 pups loved the fenced in yard. Communication with the host was always very quick and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

Topsail Family Trip

We really loved the house. Everything we could ask for was provided. The only issue was the portable air conditioning units. They did not provide enough cooling in the home. There was a window unit in the master bedroom that we were thankful for, but everyone roasted in the other two bedrooms and throughout the house as even though the air conditioners were at 72 per the owners request the temperature in the house reached 88, and didn’t cool down until morning, just to heat back up. There seemed to be central air at one point, but we assume it must have been broken down. Window units in the bedrooms and through the other parts of the home maybe a better option. As everyone was dripping with sweat constantly. Otherwise it is a great place.

Great spot

This was easy to find, and great location for visiting the local beaches. We are able to spread out, and enjoy the house. The backyard was awesome, we would come home after the beach to relax and enjoy! The arcade game was a huge hit too! Highly recommend this home!

Planned power outage

The home itself was clean and welcoming for our family. My only initial complaint was the amount of posion ivy present in the backyard. Considering it is listed as pet friendly, the poison ivy was a concern. Our dogs went up close to it many times, so we had to keep a close eye on them any time we were outside. The power outage is what warranted the bad review. We were not notified of a scheduled power outage by the hosts. The outage was scheduled to last from 12 am till 4 am. It ended up lasting till 5 am. Of course, the hosts had no way of controlling the power outage. They did, however, have the opportunity to notify us beforehand. We have an almost 2 year old with asthma flareups. The house became very hot during the outage. I was worried this would cause a flare up, but had no power to connect her nebulizer. I called and messaged the hosts at 12:30 to which they responded " its a scheduled power outage". Again, we were not notified in any way about the outage before hand. I googled the company that covers the area. The power company sent out letters to all the homes in Sneads Ferry about this, but the hosts failed to tell us. When calling in a frenzy about the power being out, there was no compassion, apologizing, or checking in on our well being. It was as if no power for 5 hours was not their issue. And its not like we could have left somewhere until it ended since it was so late. The experience really messed up our mini vacation.

Great location!!!!

Location of the property was on point. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Dollar General across the street. Beach 10 minutes down the road. Got to spend a lot of time with my granddaughter and daughters which lived 20 minutes away. The backyard was perfect. We had a great time.

Awesome Vacation Rental

We had an awesome vacation. Greg was the best. Always went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. This was not our first stay. It was our second. We will be back next year.

Graduation getaway

Nice property. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Close to restaurants and the beach. Big fenced in back yard for our dogs. Wish we could've stayed longer!!

Great & Relaxing Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is close to restaurants and a very short drive to TopSail Island. Our favorite part was relaxing on the back porch! Definitely would stay here again!

Great place

Really enjoyed this place. Had some issues with the hot tub not warming up but we contacted the owner and right away they took care of it. Already planning our return next year.

Always good!

Second time staying here. Brought my in laws along this time. They loved it as much as we do. This really is a good place to stay and communication with the owners is a breeze! Will continue to stay here when we can!

Great property for dog owners!

We had a great time at the property! Our two labs loved running around in the large fenced in backyard. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub on cooler nights. The 3 bedrooms were a great size for everyone. The beach was just a shorty drive away. We were pleasantly surprised when we started packing up our towels on the beach, that baby turtles would be hatching that night! This was a new experience for our family and the only down side was that we almost didn't have a way off the beach (without walking through the high tide) due to being on the farther side of the cleared path for the turtles.

Cozy beachy house

House was pretty clean. It could use a few updates but everything was in working order. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. The patio sitting area and hot tub were perfect. Owners were super nice and easy to contact. The guy who came to fill the hot tub was one of the friendliest people. Beach was only about a 5 min drive

Family trip

The house worked out well for us.

If you have dogs this house is great back yard was awsome! They did have ants everywhere but i feel like thats an issue everywhere over here. Cooking a lot at this house was challenging so I wouldn't recommend lots of cooking here. We ate out for the most part but location was great 20 minutes got you to wherever you wanted to go.

Dog Trip

This place was perfect for our dogs. It was very welcoming and for a place that allows animals it was very clean. We enjoyed every aspect. The game machine, the hot tub, the fire pit, the fenced in yard, were all wonderful. Thank you for the easy vacation.

The perfect place for the family!!!

We LOVED our stay at this property! I stayed with my family, which included a teenager and a toddler. The house was located very close to plenty of restaurants and directly across from the dollar store. The only downside is that you could hear the street traffic at night, if you didn’t have some type of music or something playing in the background…but it was still less traffic than you’d find closer to Topsail, so that was nice. The place could use a little updating but it had everything we needed to keep the kids occupied during the weekend. They loved competing to see who could get the high score on the arcade games and relaxing in the hot tub. The fire pit was also nice and my kid was fascinated with how huge the pine cones were down there! The property owners were very responsive and communicated well throughout the rental process. The price is GREAT for everything that this house has, and I will definitely stay here again!
