Vores ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT hjørneenhed (# 195) har en spektakulær 180 graders udsigt over Stillehavet og Kona Coast. Mens du slapper af på Lanai (patio), kan du nyde at se gule tang fisk, der flyder i bugten, grønne skildpadder græsser på klipperne, spinder delfiner springe (typisk morgen) og pukkelhvaler offshore (i løbet af vinter fødslen / parring sæson).

Oplev solnedgange året rundt og lad lyden af bølgerne slappe af dig. Vores 1-værelses (med ny Cal King seng) plus stort opholdsstue, 2-bad enhed er fuldt udstyret med alt hvad du behøver for at have en afslappende og mindeværdig ferie. Ombygget køkken med nye hårde hvidevarer. Gratis højhastigheds Wifi og telefon (lokal, USA, Canada, Mexico, Kina og EU).

Vi støder direkte på en salt- og peberstrand. I den fjerne nordlige ende er der masser af tidevandsbassiner med critters og petroglyffer. Ved den nærmeste sydlige ende, ved højvande, hvis bølgerne er rolige, opleves og passe snorkelere (med en kompis, aldrig alene!) kan finde en række hav liv. Men hvis en nybegynder og / eller havene er hårdere, er Kahaluu-statstranden (kun 5 minutters gang nord for vores bugt) fuld af haveliv og en sikrere beliggenhed (med beskyttende gamle hav og livreddere).

Vi tilbyder masser af ekstraudstyr: shampoo & balsam, vaskemiddel, opvaskemiddel, badehåndklæder, snorkel gear, køler, boogie boards, strandstole mv. Denne enhed er surfside-nedsænket med omfattende jalousievinduer, der gør havsbrisen og -lyden svigtende på dig lige så let som solnedgange eller moonbeams (loft fans, ingen aircondition).

Beliggenhed: Vores byhus ligger i Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club, en privat 16 hektar gated community ~ 5 miles syd for downtown Kona. Komplekset tilbyder 3 pro-grade oplyste tennisbaner (med tennis pro adgang), en stor swimmingpool, volleyballbane, BBQ gruber og gasgriller. Begrundelsen er frodige med smukke blomster. Vi er også inden for gåafstand til Kona Country Club for golf (reducerede satser hvis en Surf & Racquet gæst) og Keauhou Shopping Centre med købmandsforretninger og apotek butikker, restauranter, biograf, og en indgang klinisk klinik ... .plus på lørdag morgen, besøg deres landmand marked med lokale produkter, Kona kaffe, blomster og fisk. Vores beliggenhed er bekvemt at udforske Big Island eller bare slappe af nær havet!

Great location, close to Kailua-Kona. Easy walk to multiple beaches and close to shopping, groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Nice setting right on the water. Good space for a couple, but probably small for a larger group. It was a bit dated and tired but was clean and well supplied. The views of the sunsets and the sounds of the waves were wonderful.

Gorgeous Hawaiian view

We loved our stay here! The view from the lanai was unbelievable. Loved eating breakfast out there every morning. The breeze and the sound of the ocean at night were amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location!

Enjoyed our stay! Love hearing and seeing the ocean! We had a couple of technical hiccups but Maria was fantastic. She responded right away and got us squared away quickly.

Lovely stay in south Kona.

The condo is beautiful and a very relaxing place to stay. Has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The view is spectacular. Just a few steps from the little bay and also the pool. The bed and mattress were also comfortable. Appreciate the nice art throughout the place.

Kona Stay

View from back deck was excellent. Unit is outdated. Refrigerator is too big for space. No live TV. Everything is streaming. Owner needs to upgrade to live tv. Otherwise comfortable bed and bedroom

Healthy Retreat

We love this place! Great ocean view and friendly birds. Nice neighbor too. Maria is a very friendly and helpful property manager. It was hard to leave.

Perfect Location

It's hard to get any closer to the water! Really enjoyed the constant sound of the surf. Well equipped kitchen and "sports" closet, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, anything you need to enjoy the beach and surf. A very relaxing environment.

Amazing location if you like to listen to the waves

Loved everything about the location, would’ve been nice if the townhome had AC but we like it cold when we sleep. The sounds of surf was super calming and awesome views.

Location Location Location

Older unit, but honestly the location to me was everything! Best seaside vacation spot if you love being outside & near the ocean. A lifetime of memories that I will cherish forever. This description of where it’s located & sea life you can see from the comfort of the lanai was 100% accurate. I spent 13 nights and it was a quiet, safe, and beautiful sanctuary to return to. Absolutely would book it again!

Lovely, waterfront respite

Property more than lived up to the photos and description! Perfect for just my husband and I. Spent lots of time on the lanai enjoying the incredible view and listening to the soothing sounds of waves! Lack of AC was not a problem thanks to the ceiling fans and many louvered windows which are all screened. Also it was well stocked with beach gear. We so enjoyed our stay we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Stunning!

From the moment you enter the gates its heaven! Perfectly situated end property with panoramic ocean views and amazing sunsets. The house was stocked with everything and anything you needed right down to a zester. Our only complaint was the master bed was rock hard. My boyfriend slept on the sofa last few nights of our stay because he couldn't stand the back pain any more in the morning. Otherwise...The house for us was perfect! And a big thank you to Maria with property management she was amazing! Melanie& Vince

Terrible for those with sensitivity to cigarette smoke.

The location of this property is ideal. The complex is beautiful. But the townhouse I stayed in is needing some major TLC. It desperately needs new carpet. There was a very funky mildew smell. Also, there is a designated smoking area in the parking area. The smell of cigarettes wafts into the unit at all times of the day. I went out at 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, and 5:00am to ask people to please smoke elsewhere. They refused.

Amazing view

The view from here is spectacular. That alone would be reason enough to stay here, but there are so many more things to love about this place. The kitchen is well stocked, although it was too hot to cook so other than breakfast we ate out at the nearby restaurants everyday. We loved the beach equipment, everything you could need is here. We also took advantage of the pickle ball court available for guests. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. We have stayed in hawaii before with only ac in the bedroom so I didn't think it would be a problem going without. However, I sleep with a fan on even in the winter so it was very difficult to sleep. That being said, I would definately stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to just chill and watch the most spectacular sunsets you could imagine.

Great property with an amazing view

Loved this property. The unit itself was quiet, clean, and well furnished. We really liked that everything was clearly labeled. The property was also quiet and looked nice. Pool area was great. The views from the lanai were amazing. We saw dolphins and lots of fish from there. On the nearby beach we were able to see more fish and a couple turtles. The only thing I can say negative about the unit is the lack of A/C. But we knew that going in. It was well documented, and I understand why. During the day, to me at least it was pretty hot in there. But we're from northern Ohio, and I'm used to wearing shorts year round, even in below freezing temps. At night though, especially on the second floor, with the windows open and the fan on, it was quite pleasant. Again, we knew what we were getting into ahead of time, but decided to go for it because of the views and location, neither of which disappointed. Fantastic unit and property manager, if you're good without A/C, I could not recommend this unit enough.

Fantastic Location/needs a little TLC

The oceanfront location cannot be beat. Has all the kitchen and beach things you need. Beautiful artwork and comfy bed and linens. The unit is showing its age a bit and could use a little TLC, but no showstoppers. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place

Loved the location, privacy of the end unit. Absolutely beautiful sunsets, great pool/bbq complex as well. The host Maria was easily reachable and very helpful. A window unit A/C upstairs would be the icing on the cake but a wonderful property never the less. We will be back. Thank you Maria!

Second Time Staying at this Condo

We love this condo. The remodel of the upper floor to an upstairs suite provides for amazing air circulation, views, and space. The condo provides everything you need, cooking utensils, starter items, etc. The view from the lanai is amazing and that's pretty much where we spent all our time. The unit is older and although it has been kept up very well, could use a little TLC and organization. But overall, we love, love, love this condo. The location is perfect and the "private" beach access is another great perk. Maria, the property manager is always available and responds within minutes to questions or concerns. Overall, the best place yet!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed the beautiful Hawaii sunsets while sitting on the private lanai. The condo is in a great location, with shopping and dining nearby and a 10 minute walk took me to a fun snorkel area. We had everything we needed and management was easy to communicate with.

Not what we expected

The location was fantastic and Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a great property to stay at with friends and family. The townhouse itself however was not what we expected. We had read that it was older, but that did not prepare us for the state of it- there was literally tape holding things together. The carpet had a very musty smell, there was significant corrosion on anything metal and it was clear that not much has been invested in the property to maintain it. On our final day the garburator started to spew waste and a glass frame hanging on the wall smashed all over the bathroom when I closed the door (the door had swollen over time and it was very difficult to close, so the impact of closing the door caused the frame to fall). I cut my hand cleaning up the glass. I called the property manager Maria, who was very attentive to our needs and asked if we needed anything. She said she would pass the information along to the owners. I never heard from anyone.

Serenity Now

The location and view from this unit is quite possibly the best one can get on the Kona side of the big island. We loved our stay and would absolutely visit again.
