It is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with large open space kitchen, dining and living area, a laundry room and a terrace with unobstructed views of the Golfo dei Poeti. The apartment is walking distance to the beach, port and many restaurants. the Portovenere area is a diver and hiker paradise!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Stairs: Portovenere is built on a steep hillside, so almost every home here is reached on foot and up steps. For the Beach House Terrace there are 65 steps from the street to the building entrance and 22 more inside to the apartment on the first floor, and there is no lift. If anyone in your party has limited mobility, please write to us before you book and we will tell you honestly whether this apartment will work for you.

Parking: like most homes in Portovenere, our building has no parking of its own. There is paid street parking below the building, and a public car park about ten minutes' walk away. There is room to stop and unload your bags before you go and park. Every guest gets full directions and parking guidance from us before arrival, and if you want to know more before you book, just write to us.
