The only rental on the domain (not shared).

Ideally located at the edge of the forest in lush greenery comprising 1 hectare of gardens, wooded park and scrubland.

- Ground floor: Living room and fitted kitchen, panoramic window with open and dominant view over the valley + Bathroom (Shower).
- On the first floor: Large bedroom of 17 m² with wardrobe (1 double bed + 2 single beds).

New construction in perfect condition with air conditioning.

Fully private 8x4m pool.

Covered and shaded gazebo.

Small electric extra plancha sitting on the table for convivial meals outside.

Important: Barbecues are however strictly prohibited because of the risk of fire.

Ideal accommodation capacity: 4 people.
Perfect for couples or families with 1 or 2 children.

Possibility to accommodate up to 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. Attention in the latter case to the space which then becomes somewhat cramped.

Breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux and the hills of Valbonne - Close to the GR4 + departure from numerous hiking trails (PR).

Very large land (more than 1 hectare) consisting mainly of scrubland with trees, populated with green and white oaks, arbutus, cysts, heather, pines, olive trees and aromatic plants. Preserved natural setting, part of which is classified as a "natural area of ecological and faunal interest". Terraced ground facing south-east offering breathtaking views of the valley, Mont Ventoux, the countryside and the surrounding hills everywhere.

5 min from the natural park of the Ardèche gorges (Listed village of Aiguèze and tourist resort of Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche) - Located in Saint-Julien-De-Peyrolas, in the direction of the Cèze gorges (Village classified Montclus and Roque-Sur-Cèze, Sautadet waterfalls, Goudargues ... about 20 min).

Many activity possibilities:
- Canoe-Kayak on the gorges of the Ardèche or the Cèze.
- Tree climbing at 5 min
- Caves visit (in particular the Chauvet cave and Orgnac aven)
- Outdoor sports (canyoning, climbing, hiking, caving, mountain biking, horse riding, donkey hire ...)
- Visit of classified villages.
- Many events from spring and throughout the season (theme markets, show, concert etc ...)

We will finally give you the "good plans" which will allow you to access privileged bathing places even in high season, documentation on the region as well as maps (tourist and IGN).

We live close to the rental and will remain available (if necessary) to facilitate your stay and respond to your requests.


IMPORTANT (must be read before any reservations):

-1- Rental in the form of a gîte.
The standard reservation does not include linens (room and bath). It is therefore by default up to you to bring the necessary for your different beds and toilets. (We insist on the strict prohibition to use mattresses, duvets and pillows without bed linen). However, we do provide blankets, pillows, mattress protectors, shower runners and tea towels.
However, it is possible to add this service (fitted sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers + shower towel ) for € 15 per person (whatever the length of stay). You should tell us before your arrival. The supplement will then be payable locally.

-2- we have a good and fast wifi connection.
Please note that the 4G network however works quite well. Your mobile devices (tablets or smartphones) will therefore have no problem connecting if you have a plan with the Internet.
The TV for its part passes by the antenna and thus receives the traditional chains of the DVB.

-3- We again insist on the fact that barbecues are strictly prohibited in particular in summer because of the high risk of fire, We will also ask for the same reasons to the smokers to be extremely vigilant and kindly to smoke only on the terraces, obviously using the ashtrays that we will leave at your disposal.

-4- We finally accept to welcome your animals if they are well trained but we will ask you to never leave them unattended. We point out to you on this subject that the ground is not enclosed. We will also ask you to kindly collect the droppings (dogs in particular) and not to let them scrape the plantations or dig the soil. We also point out that dogs are not allowed to access the pool even for a short swim!
