nice place in a good location! it was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. it was easy to get to, although the directions given through google maps wanted to direct me down an alley, which wasn't correct. i traveled with my australian terrier, and i didn't have to worry about her escaping.

Location is excellent for convenience of travel to all points of interest in Albuquerque. Love the hot tub and house. Would love to have stayed 2 more weeks. Would recommend this home to others

The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, centrally located and great to walk in. The home is very well suited to a renter with a dog.

The property location is excellent. It has easy walkable access to restaurants, UNM campus and a co-op grocery store. The hot tub was a perfect ending to each day. The kitchen was updated and overall the property was clean. The AC was not working, but the host had it fixed within 12 hours of our report. Even so, the AC is very loud. The second patio glass table was shattered and there was glass all over that patio. We did not venture out onto it. The biggest surprise came on our last day, when we went into the laundry area, and someone else was there. We were not aware that the laundry area was a shared space with a different part of the property. The door to our part of the property was not locked (as we were not aware this was a shared space), which means that others could have entered our rented space at any time. This should have been clear in the description.

Exceptional property! As someone who lived in ABQ for 25 years, this was the most perfect place to stay when coming back to visit for a long week during the holidays. The location is great, the property was clean, well appointed, and perfect for us (especially with pets). The hot tub was a huge plus, as was having the two courtyards. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the host was extremely gracious. This will definitely be my go to place for future trips.

Great space & location for a family of three and our small dog. The mattress was too firm for my liking, but that being said I normally sleep on a cloud. Any discomfort from the mattress was melted away by a soak in the hot-tub. Easy check in/check out. Would book again.

Cozy, quiet, and clean hacienda!Great location for visiting the city and attractions. Host was friendly and responsive. Left some local coffee and snacks to try. It was nice to relax in the hot tub.

Holiday Staycation

This was nice little place for a holiday staycation. The hot tub was big reason we stayed and used it every night. The place was conveniently located to a lot of stores and restaurants in the Nob Hill area. We were able to relax and enjoy the New Year.

There were lovely church bells across the street, which rang on the hour (during the day) and played a song at 6pm. I felt like I was in Spain. Loved the Pueblo style architecture. Walkable to UNM, Frontier, breweries and New Mexican restaurants. Serene location. Wonderful house.

Loved the location and house. Only issue was hot summer for a swamp cooler. I will be back for another work trip and will love to stay. Won’t be so hot. I’m used to cool AC in the summer was only diff for this stay.

It was an easy walk to UNM campus with a fairly safe neighborhood. Nice private areas within the adobe walls, hot tub was a VERY welcome feature and very clean although the jets were a bit weak. Kitchen was nicely updated. Nice private areas within the adobe walls. Bathroom had old fixtures and grout, not sure what's up with the green wall coverings in the common room. Be careful of sketchy areas by Route 66.

No interaction with host. House was cold. Had to buy extra space heaters. Need hooks or an open closet in second bedroom. Need new bottom sheets because the current sheets are so pilled that it feels like sand in the bed. One blanket had several holes in it. Get rid of the PFAS flaking pans. Need to update the house description and the check out instructions. Sorry.

Security keypad on the house AND gate. It was also super clean inside with a comfortable bed. I also brought my two girls (dogs) and they loved it as well. Thank you!

Great hideaway in an excellent location

stayed here with my wife and two small children. The house was comfortable, had a beautiful kitchen, and was in a great walkable area with tons of food options all around. We walked around the neighborhood by day, and by night relaxed with my wife under the stars. Prompt service when we had an issue. The only things of note we would say is: the water pressure on the shower was low, not all the jets in the hot tub were functioning, and we were unaware the laundry room would be a shared experience. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Great location needs updates

Needs updates...linens and towels need to be replaced. Property manager not very communicative. Had issue with plumbing and roto rooter was contacted the same day. Clean up of sewage that backed up into the bathtub was cleaned by me. Great location and walkable to the main drag and to UNM. Hot tub was amazing as well. No smoke alarm or co2 detector present in the home. This is required by Vrbo and by NM state law.

Great Area

The Nob Hill area is very nice. The rental was expensive. We were surprised at the LARGE cleaning fee, especially when there was bird poop all over the hot tub cover, and the small table outside the front door was filthy. The house was OK, but not spotless like you would expect with cleaning fees like that. Everything else was OK also, but not as nice as you would expect for one of the highest rates we have paid. I guess they can charge that much because of the location.

Bad Experience

We booked for Thanks Giving with short notice. Arrived for the check in time to find out that the Hot Tub (the reason we picked this property over another) is not working. Then we learned that the property only had two beds (there were 3 on the listing when we booked it). It was 5 pm on Thanks Giving and the idea of looking for another place at that moment made no sense. Bad experience over all and in-effective communication with the owner/manager.

Hagai, was told the day before that the Htub was not working. I offered to refund him, if he wanted to find another property.. He did not. Also the listing showed only 2 beds. He must have been confused about which property he rented. The Hot tub is now working again, and everything is wonderful. I will deal with the bad review as I will not be blackmailed into offering a refund after you have completed your stay. GLOFS :)

Recent stay

Pros: great location, within walking distance to many places to eat and shop. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking. Hot tub had some leaves in it but we enjoyed it as well. Check in was super easy Cons: this unit is attached to another through the washer and dryer room. This is not described on the listing. there is another person living there. The doors between units were unlocked which lead to some awkward and scary interactions when we heard noises coming from the room. We also had to tell the neighbor not to play drums at night as our daughter was sleeping.

Thank you for your review. The home is listed as a duplex/townhome in the listing. The doors lock from your side so security is not an issue. Nothing about these iems warranted a 3 star review as everything is disclosed in the listing. Thank you for staying with us.
