Sugar Beach 308 er en to-etagers ejerlejlighed med soveværelse og master bad ovenpå. Opholdsområdet, et badeværelse, fuldt udstyret køkken plus en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er alle placeret på hovedniveau. Denne lejlighed har udsigt over tennisbanen. Beliggende i centrum af bygningen på østsiden af 3. sal i Sugar Beach Condominiums med cirka 616 m². Det er en perfekt lille flugt. Hele lejligheden er blevet renoveret med trægulve overalt, køkkenet har alle nye apparater i rustfrit stål sat i bordplader af granit. Begge badeværelser har alle flisebelagte brusere og nye granitfald. Stuen og skibsføreren har fladskærms-tv med en queensize-seng i master og en sovesofa i stuen.

Sugar Beach Condominiums er beliggende ca. 3. 6 miles øst for Highway 59. Ejendommen har 3 udendørs swimmingpools, tennisbane, børnepool, grillplads og snackbar.

The only thing that was wrong was it was not enough parking. And you could only have one parking pass. That doesn't go well when you have teenagers that want to drive there own car.

If you are looking for the best price to stay on the beach then this is the place for you. If you want to sleep comfortably this is not the place for you. The mattress in the master and sleeper sofa should be replaced. Even my kids couldn’t sleep comfortably on the sleeper sofa. Had to add the sofa cushions ontop of the mattress for them. We ended up going buy a topper for the master. The flooring in the kitchen is destroyed and is a tripping hazard. The furniture on the balcony is ancient. Minimal dishes in the kitchen. For a positive, hmmm the unit was clean, looks like they made some improvements, Sugar Beach is in a great location, and the pools are nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking a last minute beach trip for my son and I, this property checked all the boxes. I wouldn't stay here again, but I am not disappointed in my stay for what I needed at this time. I can't comment on the pools, but the tennis court is in very poor shape. The unit, 308, pretty good condition. The ice maker in the freezer isn't hooked up, the fridge and freezer had an odd smell, couldn't open the fridge door all the way because it hits the washer/dryer. The bathroom upstairs had mold on the ceiling, and I fought with gnats for the first 2 days in that same bathroom. The maintenance guy gave me scare when he knocked on the door one morning to change the filter. I had no prior warning that anyone would need to do that during my stay, even though I received multiple texts about everything else, it would have been nice to have a heads up about that. The sofa was comfortable enough but the bed wasn't. Neither TV worked properly, they are "smart" but can't get them connected to the network, which frustrated my 13 y/o son. The entire condo needs some tlc, this unit was good enough, but I won't stay here again. If my husband had been able to join us, this review would be even worse...

Was a great trip for a mini vacation! Our ac had stoped working and they had someone their less than 30 min to fix it! Was great at responding quickly! Would def stay again!

Perfect getaway stay! Great beach access

Beachy keen!

Photos represent the property well. Space was adequate for the two of us. The bed was uncomfortable and the kitchen could be better stocked with utensils & dishes. Having laundry in the space was quite helpful.

No steps to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great! Having two bathrooms was a plus! No steps to the beach from the boardwalk. Water and beach was great the whole week we were there. The condo building is older and had drainage issues when it rained. One of the two elevators went out a couple of days before we left so it made for a difficult checkout for sure. Maintenance needs to step it up on this building but the location was a delight.
