Beliggende i hjertet af Niagara-on-the-Lake vinland byder vores nyrenoverede kælderniveau gæsterne velkommen til vores familiegård med:

- komplet lavere niveau
- 2 queensize-senge
- privat stue og badeværelse

Bare få skridt fra vores vinmarker og ferskenplantager og suppleret med vandrestier, WIFI, Keurig kaffe, te og øjeblikkelig havregryn, og kun få minutter i bil til centrum NOTL & Niagara Falls.

Vores plads er et nyrenoveret, åbent koncept soveværelse og boligareal i det lavere niveau af vores hjem. Vi er en korttidsleje, der er lovlig, registreret i vores by og ordentligt forsikret. Vigtigt at forstå: vi bor ovenpå og rummet er forbundet med en låst dør til vores hjem. Du hører 100% støj fra os, og det er en gård, så vi vågner tidligt om morgenen. Vi vil altid være så hensynsfulde som muligt, men forvent ikke fuldstændig tavshed.

BEMÆRK: der er intet køkken i dette rum og ingen mikrobølgeovn (bare en Keurig-kaffemaskine, et filtreret varmt og koldt vandanlæg og et minikøleskab), og morgenmaden er selvbetjent stil (øjeblikkelig havregryn, kaffe, te).

Shaw Festival visit

The accommodations were perfect for a long weekend. Beds were so comfortable and the place was very clean. Easy to find and it had everything that we needed. I would suggest having some decaf Keurig cups. I would definitely consider this location for future trips!

Absolutely Perfect

Terrific experience, best location, Host is the best! Very 'cozy', away from the hussle & bussel! Location is literally surrounded by vinyards & fruit trees of all kinds. Easy 30 min drive to Niagra Falls experience Niagra on the Lake is a gem for shopping and great local eateries.

Great location

Pros: Super easy location only a few mins from downtown NOTL, great recommendations from owner on dining, owners shared the most delicious peaches straight off their trees, plenty of coffee and cold filtered water available, super fast communication with owner and they fulfilled our requests for things quickly. Cons: You really can hear EVERY step they make upstairs like mentioned in their description. You have to walk past some stairs to the bathroom with a direct view of the entrance and the driveway (out a window) so maybe take a robe! Only small cheap coffee mugs and powdered creamer provided for morning coffee and who doesn't love a good heavy mug? A fan was provided after we requested, That helped with air flow and noise. Owner requests to remove shoes which is a little annoying. Overall very nice, clean. Lots of books and games provided if you like that.

Visit to the wine country

We had a wonderful time staying at this basement unit. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. There were lots of games and books to utilize during lazy rest periods. Communication with our host was easy, and she had lots of recommendations of where to go. The description of the unit was accurate. It was an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Wonderful location

We so enjoyed our stay in Erica's accommodation. The room was large, clean and beautiful. The location was minutes from downtown Niagara on the Lake. The accommodation was easy to access and Erica was extremely helpful when we needed to add a cot for our 4th guest.

Great Experience and Location

My wife and I had a great time while staying at this VRBO. The hose, Erica, was very helpful and pleasant to be with. The pictures do not due justice to this VRBO. It is located on a farm and very near Niagara on the Lake, a wonderful location. We highly recommend this destination.

Perfect Homebase in Niagara

We booked this property for a 4 night stay near Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. It was a great location with easy access to NOTL, the Falls, and many wineries and restaurants. The apartment is as advertised - bottom level of a farmhouse and no full kitchen, but it was clean, comfortable, and a perfect respite each evening. The beds were very comfortable! Erica was very helpful and communicated promptly. We highly recommend.

Everything you need - big bathroom, two comfy beds, big selection of games, a TV, little kitchenette, and only minutes from the town.

Niagara on the Lake

The rental was perfect …..location wise, all wineries and Niagara on the Lake town all within 20 minutes. We came up for the wineries and they did not disappoint and the town is lovely right on Lake Ontario …our hosts were great, when I had a question it was answered very timely and efficiently. Getting into properly was effortless Walking around their private vineyards was a nice way to start the day. The property is well maintained and very clean. Would definitely recommend this rental property. Restaurants in old town and wineries are 5 star for sure. Another plus, if your a dog lover their dog Oswin is such a sweetie if you want some love if not he does not bother you

Lovely accommodation

Erica is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. Having her dog and cats around made it also super special to us as they came out to cuddle. Hope to visit again :)

Great spot!

Great location, large basement room with large seating area (incl tv and games) and two comfortable queen beds. Lovely bathroom (if you’re over 6’ duck to get through the door) plus a Keurig and supplies for morning coffee or tea. Also mini fridge and instant oatmeal should you want it. We used this for a “girlfriend’s getaway” and it was perfect. When we were done shopping we came back and sat in the lovely cool room and rested and talked. We even ordered delivery from the Thai place on NOTL. Erica was great to work with, responded promptly to any questions and check-in was a breeze with a code to the door which led right to the stairs down to the suite. Would definitely stay again!

Location close to everything in NOTL

Super comfortable mattresses! Fantastically responsive hostess. Amazingly friendly canine host #Oswin We gave this a 4/5 star overall only because we would have enjoyed if a more substantial breakfast was included. If breakfast is not your thing, this would be 5/5 for you.

Great get away !

The property is 5 minutes away from the wedding venue and it was well kept and clean as shown from the website. Even though we did not meet the owner, she answers readily when given notification.

Great place to stay in wine country

This suite was perfect for my sister and me. Beds were very comfortable (great mattresses and high quality bedding) and so was the living room. It was very clean and easy to check in and out of - we both enjoyed our stay. The area is nice and quiet. The only thing I would caution you about is if you are very tall this might not be the best place as the bathroom ceiling is lower than standard, although it is very nicely finished. My sister and I are 5' 4" and had no problems. Really pretty area with lots to do within a short drive and the owners will give you great recommendations.

Quick girls getaway

Erica’s property was great and exactly as advertised! She was easy to communicate with for any questions and was a 5 minute Uber to most of the wineries! Would definitely recommend and return!

Great fall weekend with accommodating hosts

A small group of friends came to Niagara for a fall weekend and Erica’s basement apartment was the perfect spot for us. Comfortable and easy check in process with easy to find location close to many wineries

A cozy nook in wine country…

Erica is the perfect host and her home felt welcoming, spacious, cozy, and provided us with the perfect nook to relax in comfort at the end of our busy day. She was accommodating, answered any questions we had and provided us with some great recommendations on wineries and restaurants. Set right in the rural beauty of Niagara but close enough to pedal or jump in the car to get to where your next destination is, I would highly recommend and we will be back!!

Perfect location for winery tours!

My friend and I booked here so we could do a winery bike tour and it was the perfect location; wineries & restaurants are nearby! The owners were fabulous, so kind and helpful and provided great restaurant recommendations. The accommodations were great too; clean, organized, good size for our group, perfect for our needs. We will definately be back!!
