Excellent communication with host. Good location. Has some fishing gear, but unfortunately no needle nose players available to remove a hook, so bring your own.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the fishing items! While we offer a few complimentary, basic gear items as an extra convenience for our guests, we stock a plastic hook remover in the tackle bag to be gentle on local marine life, as well as multi-purpose pliers in the condo's tool set. That said, serious anglers are always encouraged to bring their preferred specialized tackle. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope you and your daughter had a restful and relaxing 3 night stay despite the torrential rainy weather!

We had a wonderful time at your condo! We did not get to use the amenities as much as we would’ve like to, but we did enjoy the fishing near the marina. Location is prime in Key Largo as well. We hope to be back soon.

This condo is the cleanest one we stayed in (and we’ve used rentals for over 20 vacations), everything is new and of high quality, kitchen has ample appliances and utensils. Andrew (owner) has pages of helpful suggestions on where to go and what to see, and is very responsive to any inquiries. The complex has 2 pools (also very clean), great jetty for fishing, it is quiet, yet only few miles from grocery stores and meeting points for many tours. Having Park passes available for us to use was great added bonus, it allowed us to check out few parks, stay for a short time, without having to pay for it. If Key Largo is your next destination, I would recommend staying in this condo.

Very clean and had everything our family needed. The appliances were new and kept clean. Enough space for our family of 5. Pool was clean and tower was very maintained. Owners communicated throughout our stay along with before to make it a smooth experience. Would recommend to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Key Largo. Sally and Andrew did a great job letting us know in advance about their unit, and they gave helpful suggestions on where to visit during our stay. We had a lovely time. The condo/apartment was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very helpful when needed. The only issue was the pool. Apparently the chiller was not working. I would highly recommend this condo as a wonderful place to stay.

Andrew was an absolute joy to work with. I wish all VRBO hosts were as attentive as he was. The pool was pristine and was just the right temperature. We had a great time. I will go back to Key Largo before I go back to Key West. The snorkeling was incredible too!

Super clean. Excellent location with short rides anywhere in the Keys. Short walk to a beach where you can watch both sunrise and sunset. Every utensil you need to cook is in the kitchen.Owner provided very helpful information. One of our favorite rentals.

We had such a wonderful stay - truly a hidden gem in the Keys. Check-in was seamless, and our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and organized, providing a detailed guide that made it easy to explore everything from Key Largo to Key West. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed.What really stood out was how peaceful the property felt, even during the height of spring break. The beach was the perfect place to unwind with a book while my husband fished from the jetty, and the pool areas were never overcrowded.We’re so grateful for the care and attention our Andrew and Sally put into every detail - it made our stay feel effortless and special. A truly lovely experience all around.

Chatted with Costinela, the family loved our condo, but her criticism was that the beach had seaweed on it, so although she had a GREAT vacation, she could only give us 4 stars....“You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.”

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for a family with 4 adults. Everything was spotlessly clean and ready for us when we arrived. We also enjoyed the beautiful art work throughout the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Andrew’s art work is exceptional. The place was very nice, the host was very accommodating. The properties amenities were very nice. The salt water swimming pool was warm and relaxing. The boat ramp on premises was a plus and being able to keep and launch jet skis right there was a convenience not found at other properties. The gate security person, Sharon, is now a friend we’ll stay in touch with. Good memories were made there at Kawama!
