Fantastisk værdi for plads og placering! Dette condo-lejlighed, der blev renoveret om sommeren 2019, giver et rent, lyst og praktisk sted at ringe hjem i Telluride. På første sal kan du nyde det veludstyrede køkken, der er åbent for opholds- og spisestueområder. Hyggelig på sofaen, og stream din yndlingsflick via ROKU eller saml dig ved bordet til et brætspil. Farverig kunst og moderne belysning i hele denne ejendom giver sin charme. Kick tilbage og tag lidt sol i adirondack-stole i udendørsområdet. Der er også et mudderum komplet med skistativ og rigelig plads til frakker og redskaber. På anden sal finder du et soveværelse samt en hems med en dagsseng og trille. Det store soveværelse har et stort fladskærms-tv, og et elegant badeværelse tilbyder en forfængelighed plads adskilt fra bruser skaber lethed og bekvemmelighed i at forberede sig til dagens eventyr.

Fra en rolig gyde på bygningens anden sal er denne placering gemt v��k, men stadig kun en blok fra Town Park, der giver en fantastisk hjemmebase til sommerfestivaler eller vinterslæde, skøjteløb og langrend. En gåtur med tre blokke fører dig til den gratis gondol og stolelift 8 for nem gå-til-ski-adgang eller en naturskøn tur til Mountain Village. Restauranter, barer og butikker i Tellurides hovedgade ligger en kort gåtur væk, og den gratis Galloping Goose-bus stopper også på det næste hjørne for at komme dig overalt, hvor du har brug for i byen.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Telluride. It was clean and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the host. It was easy to walk everywhere from the condo.

I stayed here for the Telluride Mushroom festival and it was the perfect location! Easy walking distance to anywhere in town. Parking wasn’t the easiest but that’s most likely due to the festival. I really enjoyed having this place as a home base!

The stairs are not suitable for someone who can't walk very well. The only bathroom is up the stairs. That can be a problem.The kitchen was not as clean as we would have liked.Otherwise the place was nice and being it is right in town you can walk anywhere. Once we parked we walked every where and didn't have to move our car. I would recommend.The parking is hard and confusing for first time visitors but once you get the parking the whole process is very easy.

Perfect location!

This place was the perfect spot to land in Telluride! It was convenient location and walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a comfortable, clean, and pleasant unit. It is close to downtown Telluride and convenient to restaurants, shops, the gondola, and the Film Festival venues. The amenities (towels, shampoo, etc.) were all top-notch. Just be aware (as is shown in the picture) that the bed and bathroom are up a flight of spiral stairs. It was a bit tricky getting suitcases up but otherwise fine.

Tidy apartment close to everything

My husband, I and an adult son stayed 2 nights and had a great time hiking and exploring. It is a comfortable space for three adults.

We loved our stay at the Spruce Street Retreat! An ideal location for walking around Telluride. I’ve stayed in Mountain Village several times in the past but will be coming back to this property for sure! It was so clean and comfortable. Loved having the fully stocked kitchen, great amenities, and cozy bedrooms. The double vanity was really excellent. Parking was easy by following the host’s directions - they set us up with an electronic permit with the license plate of our rental car. We were able to find parking and just kept our car there and used the gondola system for transportation. Views were amazing the moment you walk out of the property. Great coffee shop kiddy corner and hiking trails less than a few blocks away. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Perfect condo close to gondola

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean and there were all the items we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Our kids loved that there was a patio right out the door and they were able to play in the snow where we could still see them. The walk to the gondola is very manageable. The location of the condo couldn’t be better, we enjoyed taking the kids on a walk by the river and around the small lakes near the condo. Telluride is one of our favorite ski towns and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful, cozy, Telluride retreat

Spruce Street Retreat. This was our second consecutive year staying at this beautiful property! Hosts have thought of everything and our stay felt very comfortable and homey. Property was VERY clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Great location. You can walk easily to gondola, shops and dinner. We will definitely stay here every time were in Telluride. Thank you for the wine and coffee. A very classy touch.

Telluride Tucked Away

This was our family time in the mountains this year. Telluride didn’t disappoint. The apartment was cozy and met the needs for cooking our breakfast and late night snacks. The coffee and wine left by our host was a nice touch in helping us relax. The beds were just what we needed each night after hiking all over town and back to several waterfalls during our vacation. Construction on the unit next to ours as they connected under the same roof did wake us two morning but we were out an about most of the time. The apartment is a good place to sleep, maybe catch a movie, play a game of cards, and just relax in the evenings. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Location

Pros: Easy check-in and excellent communication. Excellent location - for example, Bear Creek and Bridal Veil Falls trail heads and gondola, shops within walking distance. Bed - nice, firm the way we like it. Clean sheets. Complimentary red wine on arrival was very nice touch. Appliances - very good, relatively new, clean and functional. Plentiful paper towels, toilet paper, washing machine detergent, dishes, silverware, cookware. Cons: Parking - somewhat difficult despite Host providing a "W" permit. You cannot park next to the entrance. The closest you can get is a block or 2 away. I found street signs poorly labeled as to "W" permit allowed and there were very few spaces available but we were more successful each day. Cleanliness - Admit I'm a clean freak but this unit is in need of a deep clean - carpets/floors nasty, kitchen cabinets gross, countertop peeling. Small - Can't imagine more than 2 occupants. Bathroom is super tiny. You can't have one person shower and someone else use the sink simultaneously. The other sink drain completely clogged. You must climb the spiral stairs each time you need to go. What would happen if 2 people had to go urgently? Only one toilet... Spiral Stairs - not "tall people" friendly - bonked my head more than a few times before learning to duck! Entry stairs considered a strenuous hike! Not easy hauling up our large suitcases. Zero views of the surrounding gorgeous mountains despite numerous windows.

We appreciate you noticing the appliances and cleanliness of the sheets as well. In regards to the cons- we do our absolute best to correctly describe these property's listings on any platform we advertise. We have it listed that it is street parking only, as well as the square footage and overall floorplan of the unit as well (so none of those should have come to you as a surprise). We apologize that you found the W Zone markings in Town to be confusing or not well marked (that's unfortuantely out of our hands). We are sorry to hear you did not find it to be overly clean. We inspect each unit after our housekeepers clean in order to catch instances such as this. We'd be more than happy to find you a more ideal property next time you visit Telluride!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (someone always smells it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
