Terrific location if you don’t want to hire a car. Shops,bars, restaurants on the doorstep. If you do have a car, there’s parking right at the door. Apartment fits most needs although two good solid sunbeds on the suntrap of a terrace would be great! The pool is a hundred yards away with grassy areas which some may prefer. Second bedroom maybe a bit tight for some with en-suite like the main bedroom. Kitchen /dining/sitting spacious and comfortable. There is a cleaning charge and electricity is metered but I found this wasn’t a problem and didn’t have to feed the meter ! Difficult to find much to complain about here and as you asked what other travellers could plan for , I’d say that’s it. Great apartment. Great host. I’ll be back.

Holiday rental

A lovely apartment no need for a car beach around 20 mins walk super market across the road plenty of bars and restaurants within a ten mins walk looking forward to coming back

Lovely and clean

Excellent location, supermarket across the road lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance in all directions. Good size pool with lovely gardens. Plenty to do. Great host and very clean would recommend thank you

Holiday apartment

Had a lovely stay the position of the apartment is close to bars and restaurants beach 15 mins walk to the beach had a problem with the fridge freezer but Olga our key holder sorted out Ldle supermarket across the road no need for a car if you don't fancy driving

September holiday

Property was very well located for supermarket, restaurants and bars. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Terrace was a sun trap and was nice having breakfast and lunch there.

Great location, Lidl close by. Rocky’s pub for good food. Nice clean pool. 25 minute walk to La Zenia beach. All good

Very happy stay, nice apartment with lovely sunny patio. Urbanisation great. Location is perfect with shops bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Communication and check in very good. Thumbs up from me 👍

Clean & great location

Have stayed in this building several times no. The rea has started to go down but see much development going on around now. Very good location for Punta Prima, La Zenia and Playa Flamenca. Very clean, well equipped and great service from Olga the manager.

Holiday apartment

A lovely apartment in a very good area yku don't need a car as everything is within a short walk just needs a new micro wave as the one there is looking a. It tired the bed settee in the living room as seen better days other then that its a lovely apartment

Nothing but good to say about Mike and his apartment. Very very well equipped, alarmed, blue ray player, music player, sat tv, all in a very secure complex. Huge pool set in lovely large garden. Every thing is local, bars, supermarkets. This is a holiday makers dream apartment. Andy Dublin

Great apartment and location

Comms and check in were superb with clear instructions, prompt and very efficient process for access. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The swimming pool area is amazing - one of the best pools we have used in a long time. The complex is quiet. A previous guest mentioned noise from the gate which is next to the apartment’s terrace. It does get used but was never intrusive whatsoever - very convenient though! The location is good for access to the commercial areas with loads of places to eat and drink.

We found the apartment was very clean and convenient for shops and restaurants. The beach was within walking distance. We felt that it was more suited to a couple and two children rather than four adults but that was a minor problem. Overall a pleasant experience and thanks to Mike for his help.Mick Edmonston.

High Recommendation

A great family property, this apartment is about as good a location that you could imagine, not only in the complex itself but with everything you require right on your doorstep, there's nothing not to like. right at the entrance to the complex, 30-40yds from the pool, with its own private terrace and literally everything you need within the apartment, we have had a great holiday, we are a family of 5, with children of 13, 4 and 2. The whole experience for us has been painless from the minute it was booked to the minute we left, The owner contacted us immediately and just helped the process, also as a bonus, the housekeeper runs a transfer service (at very favourable rates), so these guys have everything covered. We will return most definitely and this place comes highly recommended from us.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was large clean and airy the terrace had plenty of room to eat sit and sunbath the flat is handy for everything shops bars and resturants the only negatives are it was next to the main security door for the whole complex and it banged from early morning till late night which was a shame the loungers were broken had to fix them with cable ties to make them useable the seat cushions on the outside chairs were all worn and ripped.Two of the seats for the beach were unuseable but we managed with the other two.Its a shame about the noise as i would have stayed there again

Thank you for your review and comments about the apartment. I would just like to clarify that there are TEN gates that serve as entry to the complex and none of them are MAIN entrances, they all have equal footfall. I respect that it may not have been to your liking, but generally it does not bother us, or the majority of guests. On the subject of beach chairs/loungers, we have provided more than the average rental property, however it is not viable for us to replace them more than once every twelve months.

Sunny terrace

Our 2nd stay here. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very comfortable apartment with sun on the terrace all day, can get very hot so the awning is very welcome, some sunbeds would be a welcome addition. Owner and key holder were easily contactable. Note the terrace can be noisy at times being next to the apt block gate although there is a privacy screen the footfall may be an issue for some guests, we didn't find this an issue and we found it very quiet at night. We didn't use the pool but it is close by. Maybe 25 min walk to the beach but is generally flat. Decent wifi and some UK tv channels. Overall a great apt for a couple or family. We would happily return again.

Nice......but I wouldn’t go again!

The property was nice and well maintained, in a secure complex with a lovely big pool and smaller children’s pool. The apartment itself isn’t big enough for 6 though, 4 of our 6 were children but we still had nowhere near enough room both in the apartment and also storage for clothes etc. The pool was great but the area around it was very narrow on 3 sides meaning most people are sat at the bottom of the pool, on grass as there are no sun loungers, no inflatables allowed, no ball games so not great for families with young children, really handy having a Lidl directly across the road but not much going on in the surrounding area in the evenings entertainment wise!

Thanks for your review Robert. Our guests always comment on how clean and well maintained the property is, so glad you agreed. Regarding the space, we hide nothing on our listing and the measurements and photos show what it is. We have accommodated several families of six to whom this has not been an issue. There are three bedroom properties available to rent in the area - but at a premium charge..... The gardens around the pool are enjoyed by all, young and old alike and this area attracts any young families throughout the day - but it is important that residents are respected, hence no ball games and inflatables. There are many bars and restaurants offering entertainment within the local area, including the go kart and funfair park just two minutes walk to the left of the complex. I trust you will find the holiday to suit your needs next time.
