Spacious Country Ranch Home. 25 Private Acres All to Yourself.

You'll fall in love with this spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath ranch. Home is on 25 acres with Big Indian Creek being the southern border. Large fully stocked kitchen and living room. Living room, Master and 1 guest bedroom have full HD/Cable DVR TV's. 2nd guest bedroom and sunroom have smart HD TV's. We also have an Xbox one for your gaming needs.
Relax in a large sunroom sitting area or get some work done at the desk. Have a nice cup of coffee at the coffee bar. 32x16 rear deck looks out to sparkling pool and 5 acres of pasture. You do have access to the pool. Outdoor swing for the kids (or the kid in all of us) Outdoor fire pit. You will have access to all 25 private acres. Try your luck at fishing in Big Indian Creek or just go for a stroll through woods. The sun goes down with owls hooting and comes up with geese honking and turkeys gobbling. If you want to "Get Away" This is your place. Plenty of room for multiple vehicle parking or trailer parking on property. Property is protected with 3 outdoor cameras monitoring front, side and back yard area.

Property is listed as no pets however, Horses and show animals are allowed on the property and welcomed. Please contact the owner with inside pet requests. We may approve inside pets given certain circumstances.

Property is just outside Perry & Warner Robins and minutes from many local wedding venues. 10 minutes from Perry National Fairgrounds & Go Fish Education Center, 15 min to Little League Regional Park, 15 min to Rigby's Waterpark, 10 minutes to Agricultural Technology Center, 15 minutes to Southern Bridle Farm, 15 minutes to Magnolia Mule Barn, 15 minutes to Hudson Valley Farm, 15 minutes to Lane Southern Orchards, 15 minutes to Pineola Farms, 18 minutes to Valley View Barn, 25 min to Robins Air Force Base. Green Bell Bed & Barn is just around the corner (less than 5 minute drive) and The Venue at Tryphena's Garden is walking distance approx 500 yards down the road. Guardian Center training facility is also just 8 min away.

Short stay

We stayed a few days as my husband was in town for work. Everything was clean, pool was ready to be jumped in and all clean linens. The A/C was a little wonky the first day, but they were prompt and had someone out there to take care of it quickly. We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time here celebrating all the kids academic achievements. We enjoyed playing games, swimming in the pool, and doing the scavenger hunt.

Perfect for us!

My daughter got married at Tryphenas Garden. It was a one minute drive to the venue. There were 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms so perfect for my family to be comfortable and have their own space. The living room and kitchen area was plenty of room for my grandchildren to play and the adults be comfortable too. This is the perfect place for a family to stay!! The host communicated very well with me and was a gracious host. I would definitely stay in this house again!

Property location was great furniture was stained pretty good. pool was not clean as it should be. House was big with plenty of room. Was missing some lights no lights in back yard back deck.

Country living

Relaxing Holiday

We celebrated Thanksgiving here as a family. There is an amazing amount of space and the house is spotless. We would highly recommend staying here!!

We stayed at this lovely home and found it perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and in the country which gave us peace and quiet. Host left snacks which we greatly appreciated & enjoyed. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

Went there to visit our son who goes to Middle Georgia State, wanted a nice family home we could spread out and relax. This home fit that! Great set up and offered comfy environment. Beautiful area.

Awesome Property

We loved the house and the pool this was our second time staying here. We enjoyed the peace and quiet coming from living in a big busy city! It was just what we needed. i would go again in a minute. Thank you for having us again it was a great home ,clean and plenty of towels and needs were met. Would give this property a 10 star rating if I could!

Perfect for visit with friends

Could not have asked for a better house for visiting back home and spending time with friends and family. The property is beautiful and so peaceful and still close enough to get food delivery and grocery delivery. It was perfect wirh 3 bathrooms so we didnt have to share with the teens. The pool was also great with the temperatures getting in the 90s during our stay. I will stay again if possible on my next trip

Beautifully Decorated home and property

This home is Beautifully decorated and our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The pool was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the busy days and a great way to cool off. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The coffee bar was nice as we are coffee drinkers so that was nice touch. Seen different wildlife throughout the property including armadillos which we don’t have in our state so that was pretty neat. Overall we had a great time here and enjoyed our vacation there. The snacks, games and Xbox was a big plus for the kids also.

Wonderful for Wedding Weekend!

This property was the perfect place to stay for a wedding weekend! The wedding was at Tryphena’s Garden which was just down the road, so it was perfect for going back and forth for the rehearsal and ceremony. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could need! Thank you!

Perry Horse Show

Large nicely appointed remodeled home. Perfect for multiple people needing some privacy and large areas to be together. Would definitely be awesome in the summer with a nice outdoor area with a pool and barbecue. Owners were very attentive.

Dirty Pool

The home was nice and cozy, but the pool was dirty. There was algae in the pool and slime all the way around the liner of the pool. The pool was the main reason we chose the home for our trip.The pool was to entertain the kids while we were there. It was a business trip for the Buckarama at the Georgia National Fair Grounds. The host had plenty of time to have the pool cleaned before we got there.

Had a Great Stay

We were all very pleased with our stay. Clean and well-maintained. The hosts graciously had many little treats/snacks and toiletries present if needed. The kitchen was stocked with all things that we needed for food prep and cooking. We were there for a local wedding so didn't have time to use the pool but the pool was very nice. If we ever end up in the Perry area again we would definitely book this place again.

Nice

The home is nice. Like the pics. There was cotton as decoration in the home that was a little uncomfortable but the home was beautiful. The host kept messaging me saying I can only have 8 people including the children. There were 4 kids alone most under 3. I couldn’t invite anyone over for the pool nor even to just sit outside without the host messaging and harassing about an event. I did not throw an event I just have a large family. His harassment was tiring and he even threatened to call the sheriff. Not at any time did more than 8 people b in the house yet I was being threatened. Every day the hose messaged me about the people. I had maybe two people come just to say congrats to the graduate and didn’t spend over an hour there. I feel like the hose is was watching the camera and due to his past experience with bad renters I was being harassedI couldn’t bring my dog yet he said I could for an additional 300 even tho I said my Shitzu could stay outside. I just left him at my mom house. Everything would’ve been better if the host didn’t feel the need to keep threatening me. I explained to him exactly what was going on yet he still kept messaging saying I can’t have any guests. He made the stay stressful. The home is nice tho.

Awesome Summer Vacation/Anniversary

Okay so Monday - Thursday my husband and I and our 2 sons 11 and 3 was there first for a summer vacation and we had a blast. We enjoyed every moment. We loved the pool and the location. Then we took the boys back home and returned back to the property with 2 more couple to now celebrate our 16th Wedding Anniversary. The 2 coulple just like us was very please with the property and the location and the pool. Yes I would recommend this property and the host was very nice and made sure everything was enjoyable. I will look into renting this property again. WE LOVED IT❤❤❤

Quiet Property With Plenty of Space!

We found the perfect property for our stay! This house has lots of space! 3 separate bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms easily accommodated our family of 5. It is just a short drive off the highway, near to restaurants and the fairgrounds. The property was very clean and had all the comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen, keurig machine with coffee, snacks, toiletries, etc. beds and pillows were all very comfy! We had great communication with the property manager leading up to our stay and didn’t have any issues at all. We regretted not having enough time to walk the property and explore the creek, but we do look forward to returning next year!

Plenty to do on the property

The owners really seemed to care about our experience and making sure we were happy. The snacks and water upon arrival were great especially since we arrived late. There is so much to do on the property! Even though the pool isn't heated, it was warm enough to swim even by the middle of May. There are a few lounge chairs, but you might want to bring some pool toys or floats. There's a wide path leading to the creek, swings, a basketball hoop, and a fire pit. There is also a view of the lake from the front porch rocking chairs. The WIFI was good and there were plenty of cable channels to choose from. The bed was also very comfortable. You are pretty secluded and can't see any other homes from the property. We enjoyed our stay and are curious about what changes are coming!

The Perfect Place to Rest & Recharge

This was a relatively spontaneous trip as a result of simply needing to “getaway.” This trip was for 5 adults (a “cousins trip”) to reconnect and recharge. The property did not disappoint! Most importantly, it was clean! The owners provided all the necessities and many added “perks” (i.e. a basketball for the basketball hoop, beach towels and floats for the pool, fishing poles and chairs etc.). We loved the welcome note, snacks, and water. The owners were very responsive to general inquiries (we had no issues during our stay). We are planning to return in 2022 for a 2nd annual “cousins trip.” Note: this is a remote/rural location that is close to the interstate. Walmart delivery is available as well as Grubhub and DoorDash…. all the conveniences of a large city while enjoying the serenity and seclusion of being in the county.
