Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern farmhouse in a family oriented neighborhood. This gorgeous fully updated home has it all: Vaulted ceilings, a huge fenced in back yard, and a garage.
Just a six minute walk or two minute bike ride to the boat launch, and a five minute walk to the fishing pier. Ride your bike to local park/playground on the guarded separate bike path. Just a 3 mile drive to Publix, Wal-Mart, and Andrews Institute, and a 10 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is also just a 5 minute drive away.

Horrible depressing place

We spent one hour there and realized we could not stay. The place was sparsely furnished with unattractive cheap furniture. It was dirty, the bathtubs were disgusting, it was dark and depressing, and they didn’t even bother to mow the lawn. It cost an astronomical amount for something so awful (with all the hidden costs, it added up to much more than stated) and the owner would not respond to our request for even a partial refund. DO NOT RENT!

Overpriced and run down

Upon arrival front door wide open with TV on. Owner answers message and said this is a known occurrence. My spouse cleared the house before we entered. Bathtubs filthy, door hard to keep shut we opted out of disgust and safety to not stay! Contacted vrbo and sent photos..... no response from host $1200 and some change later NO REFUND. Guest should not have to clear a home for safety. Not a beautiful, cute ect home. Awful and we vrbo ALOT! BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE! Have photos for anyone wanting to know what they are getting into. Also the "extra single bed" in a queen room is a pull out COT not a bed. Renters beware.

Wouldn't rent again

House is cute and simple but when we arrived the floors were so dirt with sand and our feet stayed black only with my baby that crawls. Couch had sand all in it, I swept floors but there was no dust pan to clean up.The house needs major attention it did well for a 3 day stay but wouldn't recommend staying longer. The house was not cooling off so we checked air filter it was so dirty looks like it had never been changed. I took pictures of air filter,baby clothing from floors, and hair on sheets sent them to owner but after that no response. He did offer for someone to come reclean but I said No because I didn't want someone in there with our belongings. He communicated pretty well and fast until pictures of concerns were sent. They charge a hefty clean fee for it be dirty.

Needs work

The place need some maintenance. The spare key is super visible. The front door does not close properly ( it was wide open when we arrived.) The garage does not lock. Would like tvs in bedrooms. Beds were comfy. And it was roomy. Not bad for our weekend stay. Would not recommend for a week or more.

Great stay

Our family traveled in for 3 nights, our son had surgery with Dr. Andrews. The home had everything we needed. It is cute, simple and clean. The neighborhood was nice, we saw little kids walking to school each day. It’s not far from local beaches too.

Highly recommend

It was like a home away from home with all the conveniences. The cleaniness of the property was better than a hotel. The property manager always responded in a timely manner. Would rent it again.

Overall good

Location is great, there is a traffic light on Gulf Breeze Pkwy at the turn into the area, close to grocery store and restaurants. We were in town for a funeral, so we did not pay attention to area amenities. Not far from Pensacola Beach, though. The house was listed as recently renovated, so it seemed like a work in process for the owner. I won't comment on our personal notations, because I feel that they will be taken care of in time. It served three adults well, having two full bathrooms.

Great little spot.

Great area and plenty of room. Owner was excellent at communicating and actually let us in earlier than expected due to the house being vacant. Very clean!! Thanks again

Everything my wife & I needed for a great week! We enjoyed using the kitchen & it was quiet at night to sleep! Also the communication with the property owner was great & he went out of his way to help us out... thank you!! 🙌

Minimal

The house is located in a quiet little neighborhood. The checkin/out process was very easy. The house is minimally decorated, which was fine when you have younger kids that like to dig. The house appeared to be cleaned well, however upon walking around the floors barefoot you could tell they must NEVER mop the place! There is not enough seating in the house for the amount of guest it sleeps (8). The dining table only seats 4. Also in the description it states there is suppose to be a roll away bed in one of the closets, that is not the case. The beds are mediocre and the pillows might as well be nonexistent, so definitely be sure to bring your own! The triple bunkbed is very squeaky. The hallway bathroom has ZERO towels, not even a hand towel. All the towels (a whopping 6!) are in the master bathroom. Again, not enough towels for the amount of people the home sleeps. The air conditioner unit does not seem large enough for the size of the home. It took a really long time every evening for the house to cool down even after keeping the ac set to decent temp throughout the day. The kitchen is not well stocked with cooking pots or pans if you wanted to do any cooking. We cooked our first night and had to improvise cooking techniques because of the lack of dishes. The drive to the beach can take a little long in the morning due to the amount of traffic going over the bridge. Overall, it was a decent stay but we will not purposely book this home again.

Great stay on small getaway

Went on a fishing trip with some friends. This was a nice place to stay, not far from places to eat or entertainment. Would recommend.

Clean home but not comfortable

This home was clean, and Mike was very responsive to anything we needed. The main complaint we have is that it is too sparsely furnished. We had 6 staying, but table seating and living room only seat 4 comfortably. No dresser to store folding clothes. The house is very cheaply redone, and unfortunately feels it. It was ok as a place to park, but wasn't a comfortable place to stay for an extended period.

Gulf Breeze cozy home

My family and I had a great weekend getaway in this rental. The neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors were friendly and the house was nice and clean.

Okay

The check-in process and communication was great but we had a few little issues when we arrived. There was a quite a bit of sand on the floors and in the tubs. The beds were very uncomfortable and the master bed was very wobbly. All the pillows in the house were very flat and thin and the bedding had a few small stains. Things just need some updating and I would stay again.
