In the event of a national, state, or local emergency — including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, mandatory evacuations, or government-issued emergency orders — the host reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if travel to or occupancy of the property is deemed unsafe or prohibited.

If a reservation must be canceled due to an official evacuation order or emergency declaration affecting the property, guests will receive a refund in accordance with VRBO Extenuating Circumstances Policy or applicable platform policies.
