Redwood Breakers Unit 27, Lot 009 (tidligere kendt som Lupine by the Sea) Redwood Breakers ligger i en privat ende af blind vej, indrammet af den smukke bakkeeng og kystskov, og tilbyder vidunderlig udsigt over havet. Dette nyværk af et hjem er nyrenoveret og ombygget fra grunden af den berømte Sea Ranch-arkitekt Steve Brodie og tilbyder udsøgte funktioner overalt. We really enjoyed the serenity of the home. It almost felt like there were no neighbors! Really lovely view, comfortable master bed.Saw an abundance of wildlife- fox, deer, seabirds, turkeys. The kitchen and pantry were really well stocked.We enjoyed the many books and the piano. Hot tub was pristine. Would stay here again!

This home is beautiful and thoughtfully cared for. Beautiful view, everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Oh and the front garden is very special.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this house and our experience was perfect. We absolutely loved this house and did not want to leave! The design, the views, the decor, the amenities. Everything was exactly what we needed to enjoy a two night getaway. We walked, we lounged, we cooked, and stared out at the view and laughed at the quail running around outside...and my son played with well stocked games. We loved that we could bring our dog with us and that the house was equipped to handle pets.

Fabulous!

Attention to detail, comfortable, beds were great, kitchen was exceptional and architecture was amazing. We have been coming to Sea Ranch since 1977, owned here for 10 yrs, and renting now when we come and this is the best house ever!

The only negative for us was a pet odor that we found to be somewhat unpleasant, centered around one of the couches. The weather was mild, so airing out the home took care of the issue. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Two weeks in this architecturally beautiful house with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean from most rooms … including the amazingly well appointed Kitchen … was a wonderful experience. The owners have beautiful art, rugs and an extensive library. There is a majestic Redwood forest behind the house that you get glimpses of from the clear story windows.The only downside is just some over due maintenance of a house that has been enjoyed by many. The Living Room furniture is worn out and not comfortable to sit on, the appliances are at the end of their life and the once beautiful garden is overgrown. All easy fixes. We still give our stay at Redwood Breakers five stars. The nice folks at Beach Rentals were great … clear and timely communication and happy to help in any way once we were there. Sea Ranch at it’s best! We will rent Redwood Breakers again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just staid at Redwood Breakers for 7 night and are just smitten by this house. We have been renting in Sea Ranch for almost 30 years and of all the houses we've been to, this is a real winner.It's on the hill and we had wonderful days looking at the view. It is really easy to get to the bluff trail both on foot and there are several access trails with parking.We've always travelled with a bag of kitchen supplies in the past because usually some things we want are not available, but this house has everything we needed. The hot tub in the fenced in front yard is great, the garden is beautiful and serene. The layout of the house is also great with high ceilings and lots of lights. The bathrooms are also very good (loved the skylight in the shower). We did not watch any movies,just listened to music (best soundbar ever)We always bring our dog, and he had a wonderful time too, especially using the trail close to the house to explore the forest.Last, but not least, Beach Rentals is awesome to work with: professional, responsive,and personable.We'll be back soon.

Redwood Breakers Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family went up for my husband’s birthday. The house was so beautiful, very well equipped with everything you could ever need. The location and view were amazing, and it was way more spectacular than what we had envisioned. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because there were tiny animal droppings on the duvet in the guest room, which was a bit disturbing. There was some dog hair on the sheets in that room as well, which didn’t bother us as much, since we have a dog ourselves. We stripped the bed of the duvet that first night, and housekeeping came by the next morning and gave us a fresh one. I also found the same tiny droppings in the pantry on the day we were leaving. I informed the lady at the rental office when I returned the key, and hopefully that issue has been addressed. I don’t want to dissuade anybody from going here, as it really is a beautiful house, but think I owe an explanation of the 4 star rating. We would definitely go back again.

As our Housekeeping staff are consistently vigilant for indiscretions in the form of pests in all the homes we represent, especially homes in woodland environments, we were disturbed to hear you observed pest detritus in the home, significantly in areas of privacy and health. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of homes we offer, prominently and primarily cleanliness. An immaculate, pest-free presentation goes a long way to ensuring commodious, restful homes for the colleagues we welcome to our coast. We aim to offer not only comfort but pleasant memories. You may be heartened to know that we employed a professional to perform a comprehensive inspection of Redwood Breakers in order to rid the home entirely of rodents and other woodland denizens. He will plug all ports of pest entry he finds. We are confident his efforts will restore the home to Beach Rentals' standards of cleanliness. Beach Rentals is pleased to know you enjoyed your stay in Redwood Breakers and look forward with pleasure to welcoming you when you return again to the serene environment of Redwood Breakers.

If you want NetFlix or Apple TV bring your own log-in credentials. Ant infestation is so bad you can’t leave anything on the kitchen counters. Learned the hard way when a box of 2 Fish pastries was overwhelmed 30 minutes after putting it down. Two lights in the great room burned out. Setting thermostat for heating needs instructions; none provided. Garden/courtyard needs attention; leaves on the ground got tracked everywhere.
