Family trip to Oahu

We rented two rooms at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club to accommodate our family of 11 adults. The resort management was so very gracious and accommodating to have this room assigned right across the hall from our other room. The resort is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Nice surprise to have so many gas grills available for cooking and the resort staff kept a good supply of clean cooking utensils.we could have stayed there every day and just enjoyed the view, but we did venture out most every day, which did require a bit of driving since Ko Olina isn’t near many of the things we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this property and all the local restaurants and food trucks we visited around the island.

resort was beautiful and room had lots of space. great location. we had issue with ants in one bathroom and had to have it sprayed. maintenance was quick to respond. tv in living area did not work.

Beautiful, Clean Property

We loved our stay at the Ko Olina. Beautiful property with nice beach and pool. The room had beautiful views and was very clean. We will definitely be back!

Great property

This property was amazing. I would highly recommend this place for families, our kids had a great time. The beach lagoon was fantastic, the pool was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Marriott property. We had zero complaints. Lots of food options, tons within walking distance off the property. Lagoons and pools gave lots of variety to our day, and always had space to sit or to grab food. Store at the resort was super convenient also. Highly recommend! We can't wait to be back.

Exceeded expectations!

We were so very impressed with everything about this property. John was very responsive with any questions before, during and after our trip. The condo itself was spacious, clean and beautiful. The grounds were impeccable. The staff were all so friendly. We definitely plan to rent this property again in the future.

Spring Break 2022

Very happy with our condo! 8th floor over looking the family pool with great views of the ocean. We've stayed at the Ko Olina Marriot before and it never disappoints.

Sleeping Arrangement Not Matching with Booking

Points for consideration: 1. Check-in time was delayed by 1-1/2 hours after getting dark outside the building. 2. Booked and paid for 8 people sleeping arrangement but assigned unit only provided with 6 beds and had to resort to two roll-aways that seriously impacting the movability within the unit. 3. Staff at reception could not assist to resolve problems but at least tried to provide roll-aways to temporary alleviate the stress and inconvenience. 4. Reported to agent/manager and he acknowledged and apologized for inconvenience and stressful stay and agreed to refund portion of fees as compensation.

You can't beat this property! They have everything for every age right at your fingertips it's literally in the best location. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing.They have so many different swimming pools, their own private cove... It's absolutely breathtaking!

Excellent family Vacation

Easy communication with property owner. Everything was exactly as promised. Great location away from busy Waikiki Beach. Little bit of everything for everyone. More diversity of restaurants close by would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Everyone had a great time.

Outstanding family experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Ko Olina resort. The property manager, John, was communicative and informative. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. The unit was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The resort was Beautiful with lots of activities for the kids. The views of the lagoon and surrounding area were stunning. The on site restaurants were convenient. The food was good, not great, though, there are great local options nearby. We would gladly stay at this facility again.

Great area and hotel

Property is in a perfect location, with amazing accommodations. The check out time is currently 10 am rather than 11 am, but they left you do “stay and play” which means you can still use the property pools and such for the rest of the check out day, you just have to vacate the room by 10. Response was super quick from the property manager.

Relaxing and safe

Awesome experience at this property. Loved the cleanliness and social distancing was awesome. While the beach seemed busy the pools were great and the timing of reservations were wonderful.

Weekend staycation

Very nice villa. Spacious for a group of 8. Kitchen was well stocked with the essential appliances and updated. Nice view of the mountains from the 2 balconies. Loved the easy-to-use washer and dryer located In the unit. Process to check in was a bit long but to be expected with Covid precautions and Friday arrival. Posting said 11:00am check out but property does not allow a “late” check out. Had to be out of the room by 10am. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

A nice place to stay

Property was great. Honestly might be the cleanest “hotel” I have ever stayed at. We really enjoyed our time there. Staff was very friendly. Resort was absolutely beautiful. The only problem we had was that we thought we were getting an ocean view room (paid more for one)...our room faced the ocean but was on the 3rd...which was actually the second floor. Our view was essentially of the pool area. I think rooms should be designated as Ocean/Pool or Mountain/Parking Lot b/c truthfully those are the options depending on which floor you get placed in.

We had a great time at this resort. They had all the amenities that you could ask for in a resort. We really like the Private lagoon, and 3 pools they had, it was convenient b/c it was beach front. We would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful property, great location. excellent sta

We rented this unit quite last minute after moving part of our vacation from the Big Island due to the volcanic fog there. We were extremely pleased with the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The resort was better than we had expected. The pools, resort landscaping and Longhi's restaurant were all excellent. The resort staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The lagoon beach was incredible! My teenage daughters would have liked some waves, but I not me. The beach was beautiful and perfect for swimming, playing and hanging out. Not too crowded at all - you could always get a beach chair and umbrella and could also always get a spot at one of the resort pools. This unit is very nice. Spacious, clean, two balconies, washer/dryer and very nicely equipped kitchen. I would have given this unit 5 stars except for the fact that it overlooked the parking lot of the building. Since it was on the third floor, you really were right on top of the parking lot if you sat out on the balcony. I wish we had known this ahead of time. It would not have prevented us from booking the unit (and we would definitely stay here again), it just should have been disclosed ahead of time so we were not disappointed, thinking it was a "mountain view." I would absolutely recommend this resort and this unit (just know that you do not have a nice view!). The rest of the resort and the resort location itself made up for this one problem area.

Beautiful scenery!

This resort is amazing! We're on day 2 of 5 and have had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was awesome to work with and was able to address all questions/concerns I had prior to arriving in Oahu.

Family reunion with comfort

The Marriott 2bedroom/2 bath was big enough for our 7 adult entourage. We had all our meals there and the sleeping arrangements were fine. The grounds and access to the gorgeous beaches and pool areas are perfect. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful, pickup times were convenient and we got to see the Lotte LPGA just across the street. Heartily recommend this resort.
