This property is a good value. Great location… Just two short blocks to Waikiki Beach. Parking was included and convenient to the unit. There were even beach chairs provided. We love the view. I would suggest that the cabinet doors need attention, and it would’ve been nice to have some starter coffees for those who arrive late in the day. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Very dated property. Terribly overpriced, at least by 30%. The balcony door lock did not work which was quite dangers as we had children staying with us. There are four elevators but only three worked and poorly. You would often have to wait 15 minutes or longer to get on an elevator. Airconditioning noisy and difficult to control. Would not recommend to anyone to rent this property.

Beautiful stay with the best view I’ve ever had in my years of annually visiting the islands! Air conditioning helped make it a perfectly comfy stay (alongside provided tower fans), and simple kitchen with comfy seats. Provided parking was extremely helpful, and the system to get in/out was simple. Heated pool wasn’t so warm, but it was super windy so I understand. Lastly, the location: off to the edge of Waikiki but still close enough to walk less than 10 mins for yummy things & the beach - big deal for our little family with a toddler! Would absolutely stay here again!

Location was very good, but communication with Byron was excellent. He let us know that the unit was ready to check in, he answered all of my questions promptly, and overall great to speak with.

Comfortable Stay on the Edge of Waikiki

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed the vacation rental at Waikiki Sunset. The unit seemed worn but was comfortable and roomy enough for our needs. We specifically looked for a unit that would have a kitchen, parking and a pool. This room is a 2 bed, 1 bath unit which is one of the few places/buildings in Waikiki that had this configuration at a reasonable price point. It is at the end of the hallway, and at first I was worried that it being next to the trash room and laundry room, it might be loud, but that wasn’t the case at all. And in fact, it was quite convenient that the trash and laundry room was so close to us. It’s a Diamond Head view, and overlooks Jefferson Elementary, but since it was summer, no school in session. The beach towels, beach chairs and the large cooler bag were so helpful to have. We did some light cooking, so it was great to have a kitchen and all the utensils and dishes. The sofa bed is queen sized and was decently comfortable, not springy or lumpy like other sofa beds I’ve been on. Kids enjoyed the pool, but it could be windy at times, since it was on the 6th floor rooftop. Large parking garage, and we could always find a space, there is an attendant stationed 24/7 to get out of the garage. Since it’s on the edge of Waikiki, the Sunset is an easy location to get in and out of Waikiki. There is a small convenience store on the 5th floor which came in handy (drinks, ramen, sundries). Convenient location with stores, restaurants and the beach just a few blocks away. Our host was responsive and helped with any questions or issues we had. Check in and check out was very easy. I would stay here again.

Prime Location

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. Having the parking spot was a huge bonus.

Host was very slow to respond. Issue was resolved long before host returned a replyWhile views were very nice Photos were misleading. Photo angles could lead one to believe that the rooms were larger than they really were. Half bathroom tub was to be desired for.

Fabulous location and cozy condo: we really enjoyed the location, such a close walk down to the beach and tons to do in surrounding area of Waikiki. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed and the building had a nice pool / deck area and fitness facility. The parking being included was a big plus as we had a rental car and parking is tough in that area of town. The rooms were a little small and some furnishings are showing signs of wear but we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Great view from the fourteenth floor. Lovely house. Clean. Minimart inside the complex and 5 min walk to abc store was great. 10 min walk to waikiki beach. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue I could think of is the a/c wasnt working well in the bedrooms but it was manageable.

Enter room when they want

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place however any issues we had we received no reply, they actually had someone enter the room while we were out to leave a note about something stupid

We have since investigated - I can assure you this was a confusion of check- out times as you extended your reservation. We do thank you for sharing your comments. Your feedback helps ensure we keep doing things right and correct those things that have fallen below our standards. Best view in Waikiki. No buildings in the way! ? everything you need within walking distance.
