Bemærk venligst, at dette hus er lejet under en tidligere ejer i årevis med 5-stjernede anmeldelser. Jeg administrerede også huset til den tidligere ejer. Vores smukke villa har en fantastisk udsigt over bjergene, et rent, moderne design og er den perfekte tilflugtssted til at socialisere og slappe af. Det er ideelt placeret til vandreture og har en smuk, privat saltvandspool (medio maj-oktober) og et vidunderligt boblebad, der er åbent året rundt!

Beautiful property, everything needed was there. It was very peaceful, the view was great. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean, jost was very responsive and friendly. Since our stay was in November we did not use the pool. Double sided fireplace was lovely.

Get away

The property was clean and lovely. It was so private and we had everything we needed with instructions on how to work items like the hot tubs. We loved it and will happily go back!

Great location, great house

Enjoyed the great outdoor space with hot tub and pool. The house was well equipped. Great oven and large variety of pots and pans for cooking. So many great restaurants close by too. Property manager was very responsive. Beautiful view from upper deck.

Lovely get away!

Totally Enjoyed

The property was exactly as advertised, the property manager was very accommodating, quiet area, gorgeous views, convenient location. We were all very pleased. I especially love the comfortable bed and linens. Highly recommended.

Rainy weekend away

Great hilltop house with views of the mountains across the valley. Main floor was cozy and nicely designed. It rained all weekend so we were forced to enjoy the many puzzles at the house. Only drawback was a strong dank smell on the bottom floor, probably from all the rain.

Beautiful home close to town

Beautiful home and property in a secluded setting. It was the perfect place to call home for a few days with friends. The kitchen was well stocked, functional, and spacious. Beautiful views from all the decks and the pool was an added bonus.

Five weeks in Woodstock.

Suzannah was a perfect and responsive property manager. The house was clean, well-supplied and exactly as the photos depicted. The upper deck was redone, and a perfect place to work, sit, and enjoy the view. The location was amazing.

Relaxation in the mountains

Great stay with a great view of the mountains. Loved relaxing on the top deck with a beautiful view and in the hot tub on the lower deck, which the kids especially enjoyed :-) great area with lots of wonderful hiking.

Beautiful quiet getaway!

Gorgeous home in the quiet hills of upstate NY! Excellent amenities if you don't want to leave, but also perfectly situated just minutes from Woodstock and plenty of other adorable towns and outdoor adventures. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Woods setting chalet

Locating the property and gaining entry was straightforward. We arrived at night but there's a sensor light in the driveway and the email suggested bringing flashlights. The property was fairly clean and functional but it would have been good if the property was checked thoroughly before we arrived to ensure everything was in working order and was cleaned as requested. It would have saved time and back and forth waiting for contractors. The lights around the pool never worked. The pool cleaning and heating was attended to eventually but we only got to enjoy the pool for the last few days of our 11 night stay. We were excited to use the grill but had to wait for that to be cleaned properly as it was filthy when we went to use it on the first night. The property manager was helpful and responsive but these are thing you pay to ensure are ready when you arrive. Despite these issues we had a great time. The area is peaceful and accessible to Woodstock and close to many fantastic trails and towns. When we were inside we were mostly upstairs which is a lovely generous and comfortable space organized around a beautiful fireplace. The master bedroom and ensuite are large. The bed was really comfortable and there is plenty of cupboard space to put things away. The kitchen is well appointed. The living areas are great for relaxing and reading a book and the views from the upper deck were mesmerizing We loved the hot tub which was perfect for 4 people to enjoy.

Clean, airy living space with rejuvenating mountain view

We are two adults and a pre-schooler, and we enjoyed our stay very much! Woke up to the sound of birds each morning, enjoyed the gorgeous view from the deck, cooked a lot (there’s a waffle maker which was a treat), and really appreciated how short a drive it was from downtown Woodstock, groceries, restaurants, and nature trails. The house sits on hill and is inverted, so all the living space plus master bedroom is upstairs (upstairs bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom), with a smaller deck. Downstairs, there are two smaller bedrooms, bathroom with tub, the den, and a larger deck with the hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining table. The downstairs felt a bit dark and not updated, but the upstairs felt very nice - airy, polished, and modern. Temp control throughout was super - a different dial for each space. Considering that in this area often times there is no trash removal, at this house we were able to set our trash in outdoor bins for a contractor to remove. This was incredibly helpful during the stay and for check-out (vs. driving our stinky trash to a facility). Notes for parents with young children: The stairwell does require careful supervision as it is steep. The living room tables are glass and not kid-friendly, and I had to keep instructing my child not to lean on them. On the plus side, the decks are so well fenced in that we felt comfortable leaving our naturally cautious child outside on her own. The house does not have a yard as it's set on an incline. The beds are high for young children so bring a bumper and step stool. The only downside for us as adults that stands out from our experience is that the beds are too soft for our taste. Our stay was enjoyable, this rental is solid value for the price, the property manager is very responsive, and we were allowed some flexibility on check-in and check-out times for our convenience. Thank you!

Great, relaxing stay with great mountain views

My wife, daughter, and our friend needed a getaway and this was perfect. Close to town (Woodstock), great hot tub, and fireplace. Would love to come back during the summer to experience the pool but winter will be worth coming back to as well.

Loved our time in Woodstock

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We rented the property for almost 6 weeks and became very attached to the house and the area. The view from the top deck is gorgeous and we enjoyed coffee and cocktails up on that deck. The pool was lovely and the trees provided just enough shade. There are a few fun floats to use in the pool as well. We didn't do a ton of cooking (lots of great takeout and outdoor dining options in Woodstock) but the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes/glasses. The master bedroom suite was spacious and the bathroom was very nice as well. The downstairs bedrooms/bathroom were small but fine for our two teenage sons. We absolutely loved the area and took advantage of the Ashokan Rail trail, Comeau property, hiking trails nearby and the town of Woodstock, which is just a 7 minute drive from the house. Mudclub is a must for coffee and breakfast sandwiches on the weekends. Also loved The Dixon, Cucina, Red Onion and Sylvia's for dinner. Sunfrost Farms was our go-to market for produce and other groceries. Finally, Susanna, the property manager was incredibly responsive, helpful and communicative. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Location But.....

Location and pool were wonderful but house needs some help. Lower level was crawling with ants and spiders. Although clean, mold is in the bathroom. Upper bathroom toilet clogged and took all day for a repair. Toddler got locked in the bedroom and the safety release would not work - had to break the door down and then got charged for the repair.

Amazing stay!

This property was great! The mountain views were amazing and the house was very clean. Property manager was very easy to get in contact with and made sure they were available if anything additional was needed. The double floor balconys were really cool- great for taking in scenic views and sipping on coffee in the morning. The location offers enough privacy but is also very close to the main town. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family!
