The home was exceptional and the views unbelievable! Well designed layout, very comfortable. We locked ourselves out the last night and the host was very patient and accommodating helping us get back in. Highly recommend.

The cabin was decorated beautifully and the views were incredible. Cabin location was convenient to the Orchard as well as downtown Blue Ridge.The host was a pleasure to deal with before and after our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

Fantastic property and view!

This cabin is all it appears to be from the pictures and more. Very comfortable and well equipped. Sunrock Mountain is quiet and easy proximity to downtown and other activities around Blue Ridge.

Best of Blue Ridge

This house had everything you could want for your mountain getaway. The property was very clean, well equipped and super comfortable. We all thought that it was even nicer than we expected it to be. Definitely would rent it again.

Amazing views and cabin

This cabin is amazing and the views are truly spectacular. The road is paved and we were ok to drive with a front wheel drive mini van (not sure I’d want to drive it with snow/ice without AWD, however). A great family vacation home and dog friendly!

We had a wonderful week at Sunrock. The house is just like the pictures but the experience of staying there far exceeds the pictures. We used the porches extensively. Ate dinner nightly on the screened porch. Watched every sunrise on the fabulous community porch. Kitchen has comprehensive cooking utensils - bring spices, oils, etc. Great set up for several couples. We used the main bedroom and the king downstairs. Afforded great privacy for both couples. Very dog friendly. The house itself is a destination and became central to our vacation. We ate every meal there. Blue Ridge is busy, rather expensive and has “been discovered” which is why we chose to maximize time at the house. The views are spectacular. Neighbors are friendly and full of good ideas for hiking. Great hiking near by. We white water rafted on the Ocoee. Lots to do to appreciate nature. Sunrock was front and center to the way we experienced Blue Ridge. This house is a destination and a fabulous place to simply hang out, relax, enjoy community, seek privacy and peace. Its a gold standard for vacation rentals and it will be hard to beat! We brought home many wonderful memories of our week in this wonderful space. Thanks to the owners for being willing to share this space with visitors and dogs - they loved it too!

Beautiful home

The property was gorgeous and perfect for our group of 8. Minor issue when we arrived on a Friday night and the property managers took care of it asap. The views of the mountains are stunning from the main living area and all the large decks. Kitchen had everything we needed and all the touches in the home were perfect and cozy.

Easter Getaway

From the moment we walked into the cabin, we felt at home. When we arrived soft music was playing and we were greeted with a gift bag and a welcome note written in the sand of the shuffleboard game. Our stay was amazing and this cabin was Beautiful!! It had everything we could ever need. The pictures were nice, but it’s way better in person. First and foremost very beautiful home with paved road up very close to everything! I would stay at this house multiple times a year if they tidy property up. House needs very good cleaning with back porch furniture. Absolutely horrible chiggers bites over myself and 5 guest.I have been to blue ridge for the past 13 years and had 1 incident where I had 2 chigger bites.On top of tall dressers are filled with dust.We stayed for 7 days no trash pick up and had no place to put extra bags. Jacuzzi smelled like a turtle tank. I ended up draining jacuzzi and putting fresh water in then putting chlorine tablet in holder.The house is not fenced. Has a small fenced in area for pets you will pay 15.00 each a day.Would be a great for pets to do their duties but it’s all rocks and dogs will not go in it.I promise if these things are attended to this could be one of the top cabins in Blue ridge and I have stayed at many ones.

Electrical issues

Kitchen went out twice … had to go flip circuit breaker…. Nothing else was plugged in - fire hazard?

Mountain Serenity

We had a wonderful time escaping for a long weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The view was spectacular with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Tons of space and the outdoor fireplace on the main deck was a great area to relax by for family time. We will definitely plan on returning to this property.

Awesome Place to Stay

This was a lovely home that met all of our needs. So glad there were king size beds. My husband is tall & it’s sometimes hard to find king beds. There were games & puzzles that worked for our 10-61 age range. The view from the multiple decks was awesome. Close to Blue Ridge. Just perfect.
