Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that you found the condo very clean, enjoyed the convenient beach location, and had an easy check-in experience. We're also glad you were able to take advantage of the amenities during your stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again soon! 😊

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your delayed check-in. We understand how disappointing it was to arrive expecting access to your vacation rental at 4:00 PM and then have to wait several additional hours before the home was ready. Having to spend that time away from the property after a day of travel is not the experience we want for our guests, and we apologize for the disruption it caused to the start of your stay. We also regret that you did not receive clear communication or timely answers regarding the delay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel like you were left without updates or assistance. Your feedback regarding communication and support during unexpected delays has been shared with our team so we can improve our processes. Thank you again for bringing this experience to our attention. We are sorry that your stay began on such a disappointing note and appreciate the opportunity to learn from your feedback. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management
