Sockets have been replaced in the two rooms that you found them loose (thus occurs from wear and tear due to the amount of bookings we take daily). Would love to welcome you back again soon!

Hello, thank you for taking the time out to review your stay. It was a pleasure to have you and we would love to welcome you back soon 🌟

Hello, firstly thank you for your review. To clarify you did not speak to the owner and your stay was booked through our travel agency. There was no frustration for your question however the issue was on booking pets you should include this at the time of the booking and therefore the portal will automatically include this in the notes for your booking. It was all agreed in advance and therefore we’re never any issues on our end and all staff based in Marrakech were fully aware of your plans to travel with the dog. We are and advertise as a pet friendly property. In regards to parking the is both on street and off street parking. This is very clear on the villa description so we are somewhat baffled by your statement and it’s the first to our knowledge that this type of conversation was ever had. you felt the week building up to your stay was frustrating since you felt you didn’t get the response you had hoped for, on our part all was good and communication was very clear from the start. You mentioned the term ‘angry’ yet you never spoke to us in person just by message therefore and perhaps there is no tone in text and the way it was said may not have been the way you understood it. Our agents are foreign and therefore their English may not have been as good as you had hoped! Nevertheless apart from the fact you felt that communication was poor we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

Dear guest. Thank you for your review which we can all vouch was unfair and completely untrue and is merely an act of your continuous aggressive approach to both staff and the agency you made the reservation with. Your reservation cost was for up to 6 people and therefor adding a last min 6th guest was with no added cost, however your frustration was due to the fact that the there was an additional cost to the catering service you requested which is perfectly justified in that the catering was originally booked for 5 guests and not 6. The house staff went over and above to purchase birthday balloons and banners to which again was out of their goodwill at no additional cost to you. In regards to cockroaches, the Amelkis complex is a prestige area and the streets are often treated for these insects. Although the are frequently treated we can’t always guarantee you won’t come accross one, after all you are visiting a country where cockroaches exist. Another statement that clearly reflects your personality. The outside lighting is warm lighting which reflects the calming mood and ambiance of the villa, we are sorry it didn’t match with yours. The hosts are your house staff and therefore unsure as to the comment that the host was on holiday and not contactable. You stated that 20€ was ‘stolen’ on your 2nd day yet made no complaint or mention of this at that time. You tipped the house staff during check out (very odd given they ‘stole’ from you) then days later reported theft which we believe was an act following your rage in receiving an additional invoice for the additional catering needs. It clearly stated in your booking agreement that we take no liability in any losses, we also questioned why you did not use the safety boxes provided? To make such acquisitions towards the house staff without any evidence is unacceptable. Looking at all previous guests history and reviews there has been nothing but praise for the house staff and their services. We would like to point out that again a very last min request was made by you (the night before check out) requesting a later check out which we granted at no extra charge to you. It was in fact you that demanded a refund of £80 and if we declined this request then you would leave a bad review, at least we can can agree on this instance you are a women of your word 🤔 The house staff were extremely anxious at your demands and personality and in all the 10 years they have worked there have never come across such arrogance and rudeness, the felt totally demoralised and undervalued. This was a very unpleasant experience indeed. Having looked through your profile reviews it’s clear you make a habit of this kind of behaviour!

Merci beaucoup
