Seas the Day is located at the Northern end of Pleasure Island, convenient to the fishing pier and Freeman Park, and leisurely strolls away from the Intercoastal Waterway and Boardwalk. The view is incredible from this 2nd floor family friendly unit, with expansive views of the ocean spanning the side and extra-wide living space sliding doors. Seas the Day has been well maintained with many amenities to make your stay comfortable. The master supplies a king bed and the guest room features a custom queen bunk bed made to ensure comfort of adults and children alike. The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for preparing meals and drinks for your stay. With the oceanfront large patio, you will never tire of the gorgeous views of sand and ocean from this unit, and when you're interested in taking in the scenery on the beach itself, there are beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys to use for your enjoyment. We'd love to have you!

Seas the Day is the sister unit to Beach, Please (www.vrbo.com/1032500) and they are similarly equipped for your stay. If interested in booking both (they are immediately next to each other) please inquire about the opportunity. Perfect for bringing friends or family but having the privacy of everyone having their own space!

Great condo oceanfront on north side of beach. Loved the double queen beds for grown kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Owner was very responsive to messages. My only critiques for anyone else to be aware of is there is no outside shower available but owner did have a spray bottle and small brush for cleaning off. The lock to the condo works with app via Bluetooth so you have to keep phone with you at all times to go back and forth (not keypad locked). Otherwise it’s was a great place to vacation and would definitely go back!

This was a great property to stay at. Grant communicated well. I had issues using the app to unlock the door and he helped mitigate the issue. PRO TIP: if the lock gets jammed, pull the door completely closed to relieve the pressure on the lock and try the app again. If you do this you shouldn’t have any issues unlocking the door. This place had a balcony with an ocean view and direct beach access. I couldn’t ask for me. Book this property with confidence.

Seas the Day is a very nice rental. I'm not sure if you could get any closer to the water! The bedrooms are a great size, the beds are comfortable, furniture is in good condition, the kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of hooks to hang towels and other items. The captains chairs are great too for seeing the water over the railing! For us, it would have been nice to have had one more chair in the living room and perhaps a larger coffee table or another end table. Some instructions on how to use the TV (there are 3 remotes), and where the pool and wash/shower is advisable. Perhaps include a keurig machine for coffee too. All of the above are nits for the owner to consider. Three things to note for future renters which are generally outside of Grant's (owner) control. First, parking under the building is a challenge. Pulling in and out and then getting out of your vehicle due to the wood beams is an interesting exercise. Secondly, while we LOVED the location, with Grant's place being on the 2nd floor and there being a third floor meant that we heard all sorts of foot movement. We had 2 separate groups come in and hearing the running around from above in the mornings and evenings was annoying. Last, the towing service and police are AGGRESSIVE in this area. Absolutely make sure that you have a vehicle hangtag for parking as the towing service came every day to check. Be careful in parking in all areas. I saw cars with tickets pretty much every time I went out.

Great location!

We had a great stay. First time at Carolina Beach. Location was awesome, great views of the beach and ocean. Well stocked, kids loved the custom bunk beds, all the beach toys and the puzzles, books and toys (great for the day it rained!). Definitely would stay again!

Seas the Day was a perfect long weekend getaway for my husband and I. Grant was very responsive and the condo had everything you needed and then some! Sitting on the deck listening to the waves was just what we needed!

We are a midwestern family that fell in love with Carolina Beach over the last decade or so. This is our second oceanfront condo, the first being Beach, Please (vrbo.com/1032500). It has been a wonderful adventure sharing our condos with folks from all over and we hope this unit is no different. Come enjoy this condo, we've set it up so that people like us, families with small children (ours are 4 and 7), will feel just as home as empty nesters looking to get away. Our motto has been to treat our guests like family and we will continue to strive for the best guest experience on the island. We have painstakingly brought this condo up to today's standards and can't wait to share it with you.

You simply cannot beat the views and the beach access. It doesn't get easier to enjoy the sun and sand from the Sun Skipper D building condos. We own the immediate next door unit and jumped at the chance to acquire this sister property. Now families larger than one condo can handle (or families with good friends!) can stay right next to one another while having the privacy of their own unit.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This unit stands out for a couple reasons:
- It has been renovated from top to bottom. Everything from the ceiling to the subfloor has been brought back to proper standards. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, new beds, new furniture, it's all fresh and ready for you!
- We own the sister unit and will work with guests who'd like to travel with another family or an extended family but still maintain a close distance (next door!)
- We are extremely responsive and treat our guests like family
