Epavli (villa) Sofia, located on the Horto coast just 30 meters from the beach, is an old, traditional two-story house dating from the early 20th century that has been completely renovated with all modern amenities. Both apartments are available for rent to vacationers: the ground-floor apartment and the first-floor apartment. The ground-floor apartment is spacious and comfortable, with an area of 86 m². The paved courtyard and garden are spacious, with a total area of 308 square meters. The apartment is self-contained and independent, with its own entrance from the paved courtyard. It is suitable for a family or group of 4 people. There are two bedrooms with built-in closets, a spacious living room with a dining table for 4–6 people, a home office for tenants to work from home, and a library, a modern, well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals with a dining table for 4 people, and a bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine for guests’ laundry. Unlimited, permanent wireless internet is available, as well as a smart HD TV. Hot water is plentiful, provided by a solar water heater. Central heating with radiators in the bedrooms for warmth during the winter. The apartment has two large French doors opening onto the fenced-in garden with artificial turf, where guests can relax, enjoy al fresco dining, and use a portable BBQ. The apartment is available for rent year-round. The minimum stay is 5–7 nights depending on the season, but during the winter (December–February), the minimum stay is three months at a reduced rate; the cost of electricity and firewood for the wood-burning stove is not included. Long-term rentals are welcome. Vacationers must keep the space clean, tidy, and free of trash during their stay and leave it that way upon departure. Horto is a picturesque seaside village, far from commercial tourism. It takes its name from the Latin word *hortus*, meaning “garden,” due to its lush vegetation and green surroundings.
