Excellent stay. Mr. Raffaele is an excellent host. Property is wonderful. Located in a quiet corner of olive trees and farmland. Centrally located to convenient drives to Tuscan destinations.

Breathtaking views including olive trees, vineyards and even artichokes, from a classic Tuscan home. Spacious and comfortable for our girls trip. We enjoyed taking the cooking class and having dinner prepared for us by Leonardo. Rafaelle [the owner] was responsive and accommodating. Convenient with a small family-run vineyard just across the road.

The home itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully furnished, and filled with warmth and character. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort while preserving the villa’s authentic charm. Just a short drive away is the historic old town of Chianciano, full of charm, culture, and delicious local cuisine. It was the perfect balance of peaceful countryside and Tuscan village life. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of our host, Raffaele. Warm, welcoming, and always ready with helpful tips, he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We left Villa Bambina already dreaming of when we could return. We loved Villa Bambina, it was very spacious for 8 adults

We loved Villa Bambina, it was very spacious for 8 adults. Our friends commented on how much nicer the villa was than the pictures showed. It has a lovely covered outside dining area, large indoor table for 8 and has more seating in the downstairs living room than the pictures show. Screens in the windows were appreciated. Large unheated pool. The views were spectacular. Raffaele, the owner, was very nice and immediately took care of any small issues. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and two bottles of his own olive oil. We really enjoyed the property. Grazie mille! We liked that fact that you were reachable, responded quickly and that you had actually seen the property. You were easy to work with. We will definitely use Summer In Italy again!

Villa Bambina, the Heart of Tuscany

Villa Bambina, the Heart of Tuscany! We settled on having a big family gathering for a birthday milestone here in the middle of stunning Tuscany! The traditional style farmhouse accommodated 7 adults comfortably between two floors. Three bathrooms and a backup kitchen for overflow worked well. Only one problem two weeks was not enough!! The weather heated up and the pool overlooking lush patchwork countryside was hard to leave. Mr Raffaele [the owner] looked after our every need (welcoming us with wines, fresh eggs, cherries and his own olive oil, and we were also invited to pick fresh lettuce and herbs from the garden). He was a wonderful host that definitely contributed greatly to our special two weeks! The crowning experience was a birthday lunch cooked at the villa by Leonardo - we all participated in making pici pasta ("tipici" of the area), and learnt to make a number of other traditional dishes. Leonardo then served lunch and provided accompanying local red wines. The meal was delicious and surpassed any restaurant experience! Bellissimo!! We all recommend Villa Bambina! I thought the booking procedure, follow up and communication that Summer In Italy provided was excellent. I will be happy to approach them again when I am ready to book another stay somewhere special in Italy! Thank you!
