We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaclusion. The house was perfectly stocked in both the kitchen and the baths. We loved the lovely pool and the short and easy walk to the beach. The rental company was extremely quick to respond to our questions before and after our arrival. They were great! We would definitely stay here again. Next time we will plan to rent a golf cart so we can park our cars at the house for our stay.

Upscale kitchen, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, plus an outdoor oasis - This house has it all! And it’s a stone’s throw from the beach! It comfortably accommodated 8 adults and had parking space for multiple cars. Great house. Perfect location. Awesome time!

Beautiful Property and Great Location!

The home was exactly as described in the listing. The location was one block to the beach, 5 min drive to downtown Folly beach and 20 min drive to downtown Charleston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Charleston but would also like some privacy, a pool, and close proximity to the beach!

Absolutely perfect week

We had an absolutely perfect week. The house far exceeded our expectations. Woke up every morning and sat on the balcony porch swing to see the ocean just over the tree line. Pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was essentially non existent. I truly hope we are able to come back to stay at this house.

Get together of the family after 2 years

Was looking for a large enough house for us, our 3 children and their spouses, and 4 grandchildren. This was the place! An upscale house with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple, a bedroom with bunkbeds for all the kids, a pool, and within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room for our four cars. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees. What the pandemic separated, this house brought together!

The property was exactly as advertised. The house was beautiful and set up to comfortably handle our seven family members. The pool was clean and created a focal point. The ocean is also just a very short walk away. All of the interactions with the hosts were great. We will definitely leave this property on the list for a possible return.

Thank you for such a wonderful review of your stay at Seaclusion — we're delighted that the home comfortably gathered all seven of you, and that the pool and quick stroll to the ocean became favorite parts of your days there. It means so much to know our team's hospitality matched the setting itself, and we'd be honored to welcome your family back for another sun-soaked escape.

Fun in Folly

What a spectacular property! It was just as gorgeous in person as it was in the photos. We enjoyed a lovely week there. While the property was outstanding for the most part there were problems with the home - garbage disposal didn’t work, shower handle falling off and some simple fixes that were never repaired during our stay. The home was perfect but the management company could have done better.

Perfect Fit

Our daughter was married in Charleston in September 2021, so some of our family decided to combine this beachfront house and the southern charm of Charleston for several days. This house was perfect in that everyone had their own space to sleep, own bathrooms to get ready for the wedding festivities and there was always a space to relax and find some quiet time. There was a well stocked kitchen and loved the large island to serve everything and the super wine fridge that worked for seltzers and beer as well. Our property manager, Hannah, was prompt in returning messages and addressing any issues. The beach access was right across from the property which made it super convenient.
