Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for the same time period for the past four years, mostly due to its convenient location. The condition of the premises has not changed since and it is really in need of some repair and maintenance. There were some housekeeping issues during the stay but they were resolved in a timely way. We are planning to stay there again this coming winter.

Just okay

Property needs a good cleaning and updating. Driveway and access to garage is terrible. Back patio is very small and right next to 10th tee box. Ice maker not working.

Stay at SRC41 from Dec 25 through Jan 1, 2020

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. When we had issues they were immediately responded to by the resort property management staff. Only one issue, a personal golf cart completely uses all of one garage which is NOT appropriate.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing family Thanksgiving with our daughter, her family, and our two mini dachshunds! The unit was the perfect size and location. It was in great condition, and had all the kitchen utensils we needed to prepare and serve our Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoyed all the amenities of La Quinta Resort, including the beautiful experience of the Christmas Tree Lighting and other festivities. It was magical! Looking forward to a return visit in the spring.
