Sandhill East Home - alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder med fantastisk udsigt over bjergene

We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our listing accurately describes the home's cooling system as a portable A/C unit in the living room and does not advertise central air conditioning. The portable A/C, along with ceiling fans and additional portable fans, is intended to keep the home comfortable, and we're sorry it did not meet your personal preference during your stay. Regarding the toilet, your message was sent during the early morning hours through the VRBO messaging system. While we monitor messages as closely as possible, we also provide our direct phone number to every guest for urgent issues, as calling or texting is the fastest way to reach us in an emergency. We responded as soon as we became aware of the issue and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Lastly, the home's location in the Horse Butte area is one of its most appreciated features. Many guests choose it specifically for its peaceful setting, open space, mountain views, and easy access to Yellowstone National Park. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our communication and our property information for future guests. We strive to provide accurate property descriptions and responsive service, and we encourage all guests to review the listing details before booking so they can be confident the home is the right fit for their stay.
