Beach Colony Oceanfront Resort ligger på den eksklusive Golden Mile, som er en meget mindre overfyldt og mere familieorienteret del af Myrtle Beach. Det er det perfekte sted for en afslappende ferie, der også tilbyder en utrolig mængde aktiviteter og underholdningsmuligheder inden for få miles.

Fordi vores condo er en endeenhed, har det flere vinduer, mere plads, mere privatliv og mindre støj end standardenhederne. De ekstra vinduer oversvømmer lejligheden i boliger med lys, hvilket giver et lyst og behageligt "hjem væk fra hjemmet". Balkonen er placeret så den giver mere privatliv end de fleste også, hvilket giver en uhindret fantastisk udsigt over stranden og havet.

Vores lejligheds fulde renovering inkluderer opdaterede skabe, apparater og bordplader af granit. Du vil nyde moderne og komfortable møbler i hele samt et fuldt udstyret køkken. Lejligheden har 3 tv'er med kabel-tv (inklusive HBO), 3 DVD-afspillere og gratis trådløs internetadgang. Vi har leveret masser af bøger og spil samt en høj stol og bærbar krybbe til familier, der rejser med små børn. Lejligheden er også udstyret med en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler for din bekvemmelighed.

Det store soveværelse har en king size seng, og det andet soveværelse har to senge i fuld størrelse. Derudover har stuen en udtrækssofa i fuld størrelse.

Great beach location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owners were very great communicators and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We LOVED the proximity to the beach and that they had beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas for us to use while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as expected. Decent size for a family of 4, it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The beach chairs and toys came in handy. Would visit again.

Very family friendly

We stayed here for a week with our 10 month old, and it was wonderful. The condo was very kid friendly and access to the beach and pool was so easy.

Nice & Relaxing! Lots to do onsite!

Unit was clean and well stocked. Smart TV's were a plus. Amenities were great - hot tub, game room, onsite bar & grill, shaded areas, and more! Highly recommend and would rent again.

It was fabulous!

It was such an easy process to rent and the condo was perfect! They supplied many of the things my family would need for a fun beach vacation. It was a great family vacation and we all loved it!

Family Beach Vacation

Our stay was at the Beach colony was great. The room was very clean and was plenty big enough for the 3 of us with two bedrooms and bath. It also had stuff for the beach and pool if you needed it. The resort itself was very clean as well and the people there were very friendly, especially down at the little restaurant. Overall it was great stay and will hopefully be staying there again.

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at the condo. We fit perfectly and enjoyed the pool and beach at the resort. It was so nice to have the beach chairs/sand toys/boogie boards to use. We have a Wagoneer and parking was kind of a mess. A few nights we had to park down the street a ways.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was stocked well and had almost everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. The garage was not as bad as other people made it out to be. Thank you for having chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for us to use. Would definitely come back for another vacation.

Beautiful

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It is so clean and close to everything. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly. This complex has a restaurant, bar, and ice cream shop on site. This was so fabulous the day we arrived. We were able to stay on site and eat.

Family Vacation

The room was wonderful and very clean upon arrival. Our family of 4 fit perfectly as my kids each had their own beds in the 2nd bedroom and had their own bathroom. Everything was as described in the listing and it was great having the garage connected to the building. The pools were nice and didn’t get too over crowded in my opinion; and the outside area was well maintained. Would definitely recommend the property and Curt and Teresa were very easy to get in touch with.

Relaxation at its finest!

Family, fun, relaxation! Can’t top that. Thank you for another awesome family vaca! Hosts make it easy and deliver what they promise. We have been coming for years and every year I think my older children will have no interest but they love it and ask if we are coming back next year! Can’t wait for vaca in 2023! Thank you!!!! ❤️

Beautiful Condo

This was our first big vacation as a family and to say we are pleased with our stay is an understatement. The condo itself was so CLEAN and well kept up with. There was the perfect amount of space for our family. It was a very comfortable living space for the week! There is a great ocean side view from the balcony! The owners had beach toys, beach chairs and even a pack n play and high chair for our baby! Which lightened our load for packing the car! Curt and Teresa are VERY kind and responsive, we only had one issue that arose while we were there and they were quick to respond and resolve. You can tell they take great pride in caring for their guests and their property! The resort itself was also clean and well managed. We loved the pools and the lazy river was our kids favorite! The board walk made access to the beach easy. The parking garage clearance is a low and turns are sharp, but it was very nice to have a garage attached to the resort to easily access our car and keep it covered from the sun. We absolutely recommend this property and we hope to get the chance to stay here again next year!

GREAT Property

My family (myself, wife, 13 year old and 11 year old daughters) just stayed here for 4 nights. The condo was beyond amazing. Everything was exactly as described. There was a very good supply of beach toys for kids, boogie boards, chairs, almost everything you could need at the beach. The resort itself was awesome too. We got drinks from the poolside bar every day. The staff there was beyond friendly. They even had a DJ playing music at the pool. From there it was a short walk to the beach. The unit itself is an end unit, and it was very quiet. We didn’t have any problems at all with our stay. It was very clean upon checkin. Communication with the owner was perfect. They emailed us about a week before our stay with all the info we needed. I even emailed them a couple times during our stay and they responded very quickly. They also leave their personal phone numbers on the fridge if you need them immediately. Overall, great host, great property, we will definitely be back!! Book it now, you won’t regret it!!

Family Trip for softball tournament

Fully furnished (including beach gear) and very clean condo. The fans in the bedrooms were much appreciated! The resort overall was very nice - restaurant/bar was great, pools and lazy river pleasant. Close to a lot of restaurants and things to do - some options were walking distance. Coffee shop less than half mile away was awesome!

The condo was nice and clean. We no problems with anything and did not need to reach out to host for anything. But in general: I didn't like the building layout. If it had been raining we would have gotten wet. The hall to room was covered but open to the elements. There is uncovered breezeways to the parking garage. The condo was on the 6th floor but the connecting breezeways were not. We liked parking on the 3rd floor because the breezeway isn't on an incline like the 4th floor was. We found that out the hard way. I almost lost control of our trolly....Also, the ocean view was very minimal from the room. You can only see it when you look left on the balcony. The hotel beside us is what we saw and there is no privacy. We kept the curtains closed the whole time. The outside lights really were bright and the curtains should have been blackout ones but they aren't. The master mattress was very uncomfortable for a person who has a bad back and bad hips. A firm foam mattress would have been nice. The toilets are really low as well. A recliner would be nice in the living room. The arcade had us pay for cards to play any of the games. The restaurant/bar is a tight space with very loud music. The two big pools were nice. The inside pool was still under construction which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to the sauna. All in all nice room but bad location for price.

Myrtle Beach has become a favorite spot for our family. With so many available activities for all ages and range of interests, Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. With regard to 617 Beach Colony Resort, our family first stayed in this condo in October of 2019, and we loved it! We even got to know the owners, so when it became available, we knew we had to make it our second home. Beach Colony is ocean front and has all the amenities you could ever want. It is located within a stretch of Myrtle Beach known as the “Golden Mile”. Named for its picturesque scenery as well as its quiet and mostly residential setting, it is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the beach.
