Whether you’re lying in the hammock or on the outdoor bench cushion, you’ll enjoy a peaceful nap. The pool is secured by a lockable gate.

On the first floor: Large living room with a white leather corner sofa, fully equipped kitchen with access to an uncovered terrace (25m²) and a covered terrace
(electric stovetop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, and washing machine),
2 shower rooms + 1 bathroom (bathtub), 3 toilets.
Upstairs: 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed.
Reversible air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms.
A 2-minute walk from shops and a bus stop connecting Maurin-Lattes to Montpellier.
Three hypermarkets open until 10 p.m. are located 6 km from the T2.
A bike path nearby leads to the banks of the Lez River toward Montpellier or toward the sea (Palavas).
