5 suiter, 6 wc, 4 walk in closets, swimmingpool 4x10 m 2m dybde, kaskade, 600m gå til den ældste bech og byens centrum, hvor du kan fin mange restauranter og barer og butikker. 3 største supermarkeder mindre tha 1 km væk. Meget beautyfull strande et par km væk, så vi anbefaler brug af en bil. Villaen er meget rummelig og har en terrasse med havudsigt, hvor du kan nyde meget flotte solnedgange, dette område har også et brusebad.

An excellent base to explore and enjoy Carvoeiro & surrounding areas, the villa offers ample accommodation & space including a combination of sun & shaded areas at any time of the day as well as the welcoming pool, spacious garden & BBQ facilities.Communications with Paulo, the host, were quickly responded to and he was only too willing to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. All in all, a great holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Carvoeiro and would highly recommend. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of three families (6 adults and 4 kids ages 6–11). Having an ensuite bathroom for every bedroom was a huge bonus and gave everyone plenty of privacy. The kids loved the private pool, and there was lots of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the air conditioning worked great throughout the house.Paulo and his wife were very responsive and helpful. We did have a couple of small issues, including a bed breaking on the first night and a shower in one bedroom that stopped working, but Paulo addressed the issues asap. He arranged for a new bed right away and was very responsive in addressing the shower. A few bathrooms are a little dated and some shower fixtures could use updating, but overall this didn't impact our stay.The villa is about a 10–15 minute walk into Carvoeiro, with the walk back being uphill. This wasn't an issue for us, and taxis/Uber are easy and inexpensive if preferred.One small note: the cleaners arrived around 9:00 am on checkout morning, before our scheduled checkout time. We were already planning to leave that morning, so it wasn't a major issue, although we did feel a little rushed to get packed up and out of there.We loved Carvoeiro and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The villa was very large and the pool was very nice. The kitchen was a bit tired but had everything you needed. The bathrooms were very large as were the bedrooms. The bathrooms some had need of makeovers. The wifi was excellent. The seating areas outside were very relaxing and nobody was on top of each other. The location could have been better , quiet area, needed car , but felt safe. Good supermarkets within 5 to 8 minutes . The only bugbear was there were mosquitoes and they liked us.

2 families of 4 with kids aged from 2 to 8 years plus Nana. Really smooth check in with great communication from Paulo. He was also happy to give us tips on local things of interest. Immaculately clean on arrival and pool cleaned during stay.Welcome pack on arrival with essentials - enough toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing up supplies etc to keep us going. The bedrooms were fantastic and large - each had more than adequate closet space and en suites to each. The kids loved the jacuzzi bath! 2 bedrooms downstairs were separate from the rest upstairs and were perfect for the family with the younger kids.The pool was perfect. Long so the kids could do lengths but narrower so they could get to the edge easily. Shallower bits at one end for the 2 year old also. The pool was in the sun for most of the day and evening so maintained it’s temperature. Multiple separate areas for sunbathing/ kids playing. There were toys and games which the kids loved and wifi for if down time was needed.The best equipped kitchen I’ve seen in a villa with absolutely everything you need for food preparation. We cooked most nights with no issues.About 10 mins walk to a food shop and 15 downhill to Carvoiero. It’s a steep hill if walking back but you could easily get Ubers or taxi from a taxi rank (about 5). Would recommend boat trip to Benagil caves, slide and splash aqua park, a trip in to Lagos and Carvoiero. We had no issues but Paulo was easily contactable if needed. 100% recommend!

Carvairo villa

Excellent property. Very well equipped. Tastefully decorated. Super comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Pool and facilities outside were superb. Would definitely stay there again but need big group because expensive for a week.

Fabulous Villa

Our Family of 9 had a wonderful holiday at this luxury villa. Very spacious and well equipped, the pool has a shallow area for toddlers. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Paulo, his wife & son who gave us a tour of the villa. Great location with many beautiful beaches close by. We will definitely return to the villa as so much more to explore in the area.

Lovely villa - very spacious

This property is lovely with a significant amount of space that is not obvious from pictures- the bedrooms are incredible with large bathrooms and additional dressing space. It is at the top of a significant hill and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest shop /restaurants, which was a challenge for my mother. Hosts were very helpful with some minor problems we had at times during our stay. Very clean and great to spend time in.

Family Celebration in an Amazing Villa

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children had a wonderful week in this luxurious villa. The villa offered so much more than the photoes showed. So well equipped and spacious with a great pool suitable for all ages. Lots of seating areas both inside and out. All 5 bedrooms had walk in wardrobes and huge en-suites! It was a 10-15 minute downhill walk in to town but there were plenty of taxis available if you didn’t want to walk back! Paulo and Fatima were lovely hosts who greeted us on arrival and waved us off at the end. In short, a wonderful memorable holiday!

Wonderful villa

Really lovely villa with lots of space for multigenerational family in a quiet residential area. We were 6 adults and 4 children we loved the large bedrooms with walk-in closets and huge bathrooms. Really efficient aircon when needed. The pool was a huge hit for everyone good size to swim and children spent hours playing in it. Kitchen was extremely well appointed with everything you could need. 15 minute walk into Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, shops and bars. Uphill walk back although many taxis available if you would rather not walk.

Well equipped 5 bed villa

Overall the property description matched the reality. Whilst some years older than the photos ( garden now more mature and beautifully kept) the villa was well equipped. Some bedrooms also had sofas - made them a bit cluttered but useful for those who want separate space. Good feedback from Paolo when required. The hill back from the town to the villa is steep but taxi/uber circa 5 euros and worth it. Only advice on check-in is to ask Paolo to explain the front door. It has two settings - one to allow it to slam close, another to stop it slamming close. We failed to fathom out how to switch between the two settings which it did randomly!

Highly recommended

We have just returned home after staying in this amazing villa, we were a family group of 9 with an age range of 8-80 and we were all so impressed by what was on offered. As other reviews have said the photos don’t give you an accurate idea of the space the villa has to offer- it’s huge, we were all so comfortable there that we did not want to leave! It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Paulo and Fatima were the perfect hosts- they were staying in the flat underneath the house and were on hand at all times for recommendations of where to eat, etc ( we were able to message them via WhatsApp) but we did not see them otherwise and would have not known they were there. A definite 5 star holiday that I would highly recommend, many thanks Paulo and Fatima, we hope to see you again.

A Perfect Week!

My friends and I stayed at Villa Cascade in early September (2nd-9th) . The villa is beautiful, very modern and extremely well equipped.On arrival we were shown around by Paulo and Fatima who were very welcoming and informative. All previous reviews are accurate in every detail, I cannot imagining anyone would be able to find fault with such a lovely villa . We were a small group of friends but if you were part of a large group there is plenty of space, balconies and large roof terrace for individuals to have a quiet time. The villa is in a quiet location, yet only 15 minutes walk from the lovely town of Carvoeiro. A steep hill back but taxis are reasonably priced and plentiful if you feel less energetic. Anyone booking this villa will not be disappointed. We have recommended it to our friends and we would certainly return. Thank you Paulo and Fatima Mary P Jackson

5* Villa, extremely spacious and fantastic hosts

This villa exceeding our expectations. The photos and write-up don't do this property justice! The bedroom spaces are huge, each with walk-in wardrobes and private bathrooms. The outdoor balconies and roof terrace are so spacious and beautiful, there are several seating and dining options, and the pool was bigger than we expected from the photos. The villa is located away from the busyness of Carvoeiro, but close enough for us and kids (age 10-13) to walk in everyday. Fantastic to have to option of UberEats delivering meals to us. We managed without a car or taxis but younger children may benefit from the option of having a car to get them up and down the hill to the beach. Paulo, Fatima and their son were perfect hosts - offering advice about the local area and readily on hand via text if we needed anything. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough, it is the perfect property for a large family, or for a group of friends wanting their own space. Thank you so much :)

High spec villa in good location

Very nice stay here with two families of four. Good info beforehand from Paolo. Bedrooms worked incredibly well, each had a phenomenal bathroom attached and 3 of the 5 a walk in wardrobe. Rooms upstairs were light and airy. Downstairs rooms a bit darker but still worked well. Good aircon everywhere. Kitchen was lovely and high spec with all mod cons. Pool was a huge hit with the kids - long and relatively thin but very deep in part so great for jumping in. Location suited us well. It’s a 15 minute walk into Carvoiero which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and easy to get taxi or Uber back. We got Ubers slightly further out to dinner on a few occasions which was really easy. Also very easy to drive out to nearby beaches (Ferragudo less rammed than Carvoiero). Joao, Paolo’s son, was very friendly and helpful, and all ran smoothly. Highly recommended for families.

Large spacious Modern Villa

We stayed early August 2018 for a week and are a family of 5 including three teenagers. Before our arrival Paulo responded very quickly with the queries I had. We received a lovely welcome from Paulo and his wife and had a thorough tour of the villa with welcome refreshments. He was contactable throughout our stay with any issues /queries that may arise. The villa is in a good location with the main square of Carveiro about 10/15 lovely walk away where there are a vast array of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. The villa is spacious and modern with a fabulous pool. The pool is deep but was perfect for our older children. The five bedrooms are sizeable with good storage and spacious bathrooms. There is full air conditioning throughout the property which was perfect in the August heat. The kitchen was well equipped and conveniently placed serving the various outdoor seating areas. The under cover outdoor dining area we used a lot providing welcome shade from the sun throughout the day and is also beautifully lit in the evening. The pool also has led lights that can be turned on in the evening - really lovely. The water feature is great and operated with a switch on a timer should you want to turn it off. The children had good use and fun with the pool all week often until late in the evening. There are plenty of loungers and parasols including on the roof terrace which also has a shower and dining area. Within two hours of our arrival a storm hit the area resulting in the electricity to the property being affected. Paulo immediately arranged for an electrician to visit who resolved the problem and a maintenance man visited the following day to fix some items following the storm damage. For a few days we also encountered debris on the decking and pool from the nearby fires due to the recent dry weather. Paulo kindly arranged addiional cleaning services which was appreciated. Bathroom and pool towels are provided and changed in the week. Bed linen was good quality. The kitchen has all the applicances from home - dishwasher, washing machine, ice maker/water dispenser, large fridge / freezer, microwave etc and well equipped. We didn’t use the outdoor bbq or bikes/ inflatables in the garage. WiFi was generally available in most of the house/garden and was a bit patchy sometimes. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Nice holidays in beautiful place.

Beautiful and spacious villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful owner made us feel welcome and answered all the questions that we had. Villa has everything that is needed for pleasent vacation. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Great pool, with shallow area for young children, nice garden. Overall we had a lovely time at this spacious and quiet villa close to Carvoeiro. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms/bedroom were clean and spacious with generous closets. Paolo was very communicative and responsive. Access to the villa with keys/remotes was easy. We walked to town a couple of times, which took about 20 mins. The best parts of the villa were the view from the top deck, the lovely pool, and sunning area behind the kitchen. There were a few things related to the pool that weren't great from our perspective. Firstly, it was extremely cold, even though the listing advertises a heated pool. When we asked Paulo about it, he said that we hadn't requested for it to be heated for an additional 300. He said his son could come over and flip the switch if we wanted it heated, which would take 1 day. Within 1 hour, as we were discussing if it was worth the cost, his son just walked into the side yard where we were all sitting. It was proactive of Paulo to send him over, but we then felt pressured to agree to it. It did make the pool much more comfortable, but looking back at both listings for the house there is NO mention of an extra charge for heating the pool. Furthermore, the pool's cascade was waiting for technical support. The pool cleaning guy also just showed up without warning as we were eating breakfast outside one morning - prior notice would have been nice. Once we got past the pool issues, it was overall a nice trip and house.

Great home in a great location.

9 of us (3 couples plus kids) gathered here for a weeks family vacation. The house is set up perfectly, is very well equipped, in a very quiet private area no more then a few minutes drive to town and was immaculate. Excellent communications with the owner throughout. Would defiantly return.

Cleaning twice a week ( can be agreed more)

I only accept maximum of 8 (10 could fit easily and there are 5 rooms) because I want to keep the house with a confortable usage.
