The apartment is great and quiet. Really easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and about 20 minutes to the Vatican. Our host Alessandra went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Everything was as described in the listing and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed as a family of 4 and had plenty of space. Would stay again!

Beautiful place, great stay

My friends had a great experience. Check in was quick and easy, the apt was very clean and beautiful and we were located right next to restaurants/ supermarket and a bus stop that took us all around the city. Would recommend to anyone coming to Rome!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying here. It was easy to get transit anywhere we needed to go. Very clean and charming. We only had one key for a group of six, which made it a little bit awkward.

Gorgeous and Spacious Apartment!

My family of 6 stayed in this very spacious apartment for several days at the end of our Italy vacation. We all agreed it was the nicest place of all the places we rented! It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and our host was so gracious and thoughtful!! There is a large grocery store close by and several cafes and restaurants. We felt very safe in the area and were close to the Vatican. You will love this lovely apartment and we highly recommend it!!

Beautiful Stay in Rome

This was a large, very clean and beautiful apartment. Location was 20 minutes walking distance to the Vatican, with taxi/bus available to Colosseum areas. Nice to stay a bit away from the tourist areas, but not too far away. Great restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer were great to have. We had 8 adults and there were plenty of beds and space in this very spacious apartment. Host responded quickly to questions.

Extremely helpful host and comfortable spot

This is a great place for families - not in city center but there is a taxi cab stand a quick walk away and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The bus schedule intimidated us but the taxis were easy to access and affordable to get downtown. The apartment is very comfortable and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. Best of all Alessandra is a treasure. She arranged rides, recommended tours, and even met us early on a Sunday to store our luggage in her car until we could get inside. Very lovely spot!

Fantastic and spacious apartment

Alessandra was a fabulous host! The apartment was super clean and very spacious. Conveniently located near restaurants and across the street from a 24 hour grocery store. Very close to Rome city centre too. We were 7 people and fit comfortably. It was very hot outdoors having visited in July but the A/C in the unit was great to keep us cool. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have already recommended this place to family. Many thanks to Alessandra and her family for being so welcoming and available for any questions we had during our stay.

Great apartment in a pretty good spot

We had a great stay in this apartment. We were a family of 6, traveling over Christmas. The apartment is clean and roomy, with a well-appointed kitchen. Alessandra was phenomenally helpful and hospitable to us. After a missed connection, we arrived significantly after planned and without any luggage! Alessandra smoothed our way, arranging for a driver and helping us communicate with the lost luggage department at the airport. She even met the luggage delivery guys a couple of days later so that we didn't have to spend a day of our vacation waiting around for our stuff. Alessandra was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Rome from a Canada Perspective

The apartment was a great location within proximity to the Vatican and ease of public transportation to get throughout the city. Restraunts and grocery stores were in close proximity to the apartment. Great little patio for morning coffee in a vibrant community. Residence was safe and secure. Friendly manager who covered the majority of our requests including movement from airport and back with a large van transport for 7. The only thing I would recommended is having two sets of keys when staying due to having a large party of people. Spoke to manager concerning this issue was unable to provide a secondary set due to previous renter losing the spare set. Elevator on site for movement of large suitcases was great.

Overpriced for ONE Night

Property manager was in a hurry to do transaction upon our arrival. The showers were extremely tight. One of the shower heads was not working properly. The bathroom rugs were dirty. The bed sheets were not fresh and clean. There was only one set of keys provided when you require two sets to leave anyone in the apartment to keep the lights on?!?!? This apartment is NOT ideal for disabled people with wheelchair. The tiny elevator (lift) is too small. Only two people can fit comfortably. Too many inconveniences to recommend. I was charged extra for checking in early and was told about hidden fees upon check in. All fees should be notified up front. There were five adults in our party.

you gave 2 stars to my work.. even if I had slept in a cave, I am really very disappointed and sorry especially because you are ripartiyi all contebti and smiling .. You didn't pay anything more than you owed.. I realized sful moment that a part of the sum due was missing the second payment you had not paid and I made you pay everything here. The sums requested in addition are written in black and white in the rules of the house cleaning and tourist taxes .. just read 1 you did not pay any extra, but the tourist tax, and the final cleaning, written all in the house rules .2 if the shower head had any problems you could say I would have provided immediately, 3 the elevator of the building that I did not build . 4. the linen of my house changed every time and the cleaning always very careful .5 The set of keys is one just leave the keys to those who stay at home and open them with the intercom! To be able to welcome you at 10 in the morning I closed the calendar and renounced an income

Con Artist Hidden FEES sleeps as many as you’d like for a fee !

By far the most stressful and worst experience ever ! Our reservation was as made for 5 in error - we were a party of 8. We were charged an additional guest fee which I assumed was for the larger party since this is promoted as a capacity of 13. We were wrong . We repeatedly asked for a copy of our agreement and were denied. We were charged several fees on arrival including a late check in - which I’ve never heard of ! Check in is 3pm - 7pm - if your flight is delayed - too bad ! We spent a week in Rome stressed over the excessive fees because of this error and to date have not received our rental agreement to explain the surcharges. On arrival be prepared to be attacked with fees - taxes cleaning early or late check in. FEES X 3 - with no rental agreement offered - so read your fine print - if you have it ! I can’t see how this would sleep 13 - barely slept the 8 comfortably we had. She will try to upsell you before arrival. Don’t - she’s over priced! Aside from it being a mediocre place it is not what the pictures depict. Loud traffic from the balcony’s - broken showers - we had to share one bathroom after several reports on the shower issue and dirty bedding - uncomfortable mattresses - I could go on ! The location is subpar and the restaurants and bars are nothing to brag about. The AC unit collects condensation and you’re required to empty buckets . Not worth the rates !

I was expecting this review. and I had promptly warned Vrbo.. that it would happen but I couldn't have expected a different reaction.. I will respond very calmly and calmly to let other travelers know what happened to him! you have booked for 3 adults and 2 children. and you showed up at 01.40 in the morning with 8 people... this is not a hotel but an apartment and the arrival time is from 3pm to 7pm. for night time (as is logical) there is a late check- because the person who comes at night to welcome the guests must be paid.. you refused to do it and the late fee was paid by me..2. no one asks for extra taxes or extra expenses at check-in... the extra things were well mentioned but you pretended not to know that you had to pay them... things are different... let's start by saying that the house can accommodate up to 13 people at the time of booking the price is based on the number of people who will sleep in the structure.. linen for extra beds affects consumption.. and in any case reservations must be made for the actual number of guests. and not for a lower number to then show up again..3 Vrbo agreed with me in fact they made you pay the difference, you didn't even want to pay for the final cleaning saying that you had already paid it. and to a check there. It was pointed out that you had not paid the tourist tax or the cleaning. .. and only threatened that I would go to the police to say that you didn't want to pay the tourist tax, you paid.. (I collect the tourist tax and then pay it to the municipality of Rome and I collect the cleaning to pay the cleaning company cleaning ) 4 the copy of the contract You asked Vrbo and they told you that everything was in order and that you were wrong not to pay the late fee (which I remember I paid because the boy came to open the door at night and didn't you wanted to pay for it) this house has been working for 10 years and I am a super host on all platforms. and this is the first time that I find myself dealing with people who expect to pay for 3 adults and arrive with 8 adults... guests who refuse to pay taxes and cleaning, saying that the house is mediocre is for offensive to me and frankly not very decent for you.. the linen is supplied together with the cleaning by a specialized company.. the showers were working, only the pressure measurement had been tampered with.. we are 15 minutes walk from San Pietro and by bus 4 minutes.. I don't know what you are used to but I assure you that this is one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in the city.. under our house we have one of the most awarded bars Bar alami in Rome.. and 150 meters away one of the most inn restaurants in Rome .The Sails . perhaps you are not capable of appreciating such places.. at checkout you were rude and grumpy and I was very sorry but I certainly do not allow my home and my hard work to be belittled by people who deceive to get a lower price for then arriving at night with almost double the number of people.. I can say with certainty that at the moment you are the most disappointing guests I have ever had and I thank God that you have been the only ones in 10 years. Simply Superb!

We were a family party of four adults for whom this spacious, clean, quiet and well-equipped property was a true blessing. Our host, Alessandra, was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful eight-day stay in Rome. We were a short bus ride away from the center of the city. The local restaurants near the property were great. We would return in a heartbeat!

Il nostro soggiorno in questo alloggio è stato soddisfacente,ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L'appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario, gli spazi ampi ci hanno permesso libertà di movimento .La sigra Alessandra si è dimostrata premurosa e accogliente

Fantastico Soggiorno!

La casa è bellissima! Situata in viale Gregorio 7 è situata a pochi metri dal Vaticano una bella passeggiata.. la proprietaria gentilissima e soprattutto disponibilissima! Cada pulita e confortevole! Fantastica esperienza!

Très bel appartement, bien situé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil d'Alessandra . L' appartement était conforme aux photos et explications données sur le site. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine romaine. Grazie mille Alessandra e, forse, ad un altra volta Maurice

very good

property very clean and tidy. need written instruction for stove. need transportation schedule. 4 bedrooms turned out to be only 3 7th person had to sleep on a lounge. all in all a pleasant stay!

Hello, it was a pleasure to host, the gas switch was turned to high L maybe I should write it .fin now I had no problems with other guests, I shall write it announced .l says 160 meters with 3 bedrooms, the blue room with 4 seats bedroom, the red room with 3, the pink room with three beds, a double living room kitchen 2 bathrooms laundry .for public transport the bus stop is under house but i will try to are more information on arrival :-) Regards Alessandra

Bellissimo appartamento

Bellissimo appartamento, grande, confortevole e situato in una buona posizione.....vicino a san Pietro e a tutte le comodità, compreso fermata bus e stazione taxi. In sei adulti e tre bambini siamo stati benissimo! La signira Alessandra poi è molto gentile e disponibile!consigliatissimo!da tenere in considerazione per prossimo soggiorno a Roma! Claudia B.

Bellissimo appartamento

Appartamente veramente bello,grande,confortevole,vicino a s.pietro e a tutte le comodità! In sei adulti e tre bambini siamo stati benissimo!poi la sig.ra Alessandra veramente gentile e disponibile!da tenere in considerazione per il prossimo giro a Roma!claudia

Soggiorno roma

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato a Roma per tre giorni con un bimbo di 4 anni. La casa e' davvero bella, molto pulita e ben accessoriata. La fermata del pullman sotto casa permette di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. La prorpietaria Alessandra e' molto gentile e disponibile e con noi e' stata davvero carina. Se dovessimo ritornare a Roma soggiornerei di nuovo qui.

great central location, large and clean.

centrslly located, was able to see all the sights of rome in just a few days. clean appartment, perfect for the familty. checking in and out was no problems, very helpful with clear instructions. would recommend.
