Nyligt ombygget 4 senge / 3. 5 bad hjem på 2 hektar, kun 3 minutter fra Snowbowl! Masser af plads til at strække sig ud og nyde de naturlige omgivelser i smukke Baderville. Perfekt udsigt over bjerget fra nedenunder opholdsområder og liggende i master sengen - du vil elske at vågne op til den udsigt!

To-etagers hus med åbne opholdsarealer nedenunder og 3 soveværelser ovenpå, herunder et meget stort soveværelse åbent til nedenunder stuen, et langt soveværelse med 2 dronningssenge og et mindre soveværelse med to køjesenge. Der er også et 4. soveværelse (queensize-seng) og ekstra komplet badeværelse nedenunder til rådighed for større fester. Huset har central aircondition og varme ovenpå, centralvarme nedenunder og strålende gulvvarme nedenunder for at holde flisegulvet varmt om vinteren.

Døren til hoveddøren styres af elektronisk tastatur, ingen grund til at holde styr på nøglerne. RING venligst før / under check-in til dørkode. 512-699-1180 eller 512-800-9283.

Inde i hoveddøren er et mudderum til at hænge og opbevare alt dit udstyr - frakker, støvler, handsker, ski, brædder, slæder osv.

Huset har Wifi (CenturlyLink 40 Mbps), Alexa, Roku TV, DVD-afspiller og en Bluetooth-stereo.

Garagen er blevet ombygget til en lejlighed, som i øjeblikket er ledig og under ombygning, og dermed ikke medtaget i denne fortegnelse. Parkering er i indkørslen, indtil vi får den overdækkede parkeringsstruktur installeret.

Around the corner from Snowbow.

Stayed the week of rodeo to get out of Tucson. Great for the dogs, plenty of space. As well as minutes from skiing at Snowbowl. Would stay again.

Wedding weejend

The place was perfect for our 3 generation family to stay to attend the wedding of our cousin/niece. The home has everything you would need including toys for the kids.

Xmas Vacation

The house is a weird setup, an addition was added on which can be a plus depending on what you need. There are two kitchens which was a plus for us. Two laundry rooms incase you want to rent just the addition section. Two many thermostats to use, the one upstairs wasn’t working well because the heat from downstairs was affecting it. The yard is not really usable because of dog poop and mud. There isn’t enough towels to use. All in all we had a good stay, but it could be cleaned better.

Great location and owner!

Great location! Outside of Flagstaff with plenty of room in the country. House was perfect for my extended family including 3 children and 6 adults. You can tell the owner of the property has been in this business for some time because the home is completely stocked with everything you need for dogs, children, summer, and winter. The appliances are high end including dishwashers, washer/dryer, and refrigerators. The furniture is a combination of antique, hand crafted, one of a kind. Beds and sofas are very comfortable and open spaces allow us to easily sit and communicate with all 9 of us at a time. We will definitely rent this again if we have the opportunity to do so.

Family ski trip

Wonderful property very close to the Arizona Snowbowl. The attached apartment was great for grandparents traveling with us and the house had everything you could need. Very clean and easy communication with owners. Would definitely stay again!!

Great family getaway

We had a great time at Eric's place, especially because the house is SO well-appointed, with lots of supplies and amenities, well-labeled (including "ILOVEU"!), and Eric is very communicative. It's an awesome place for a family.

Fantastic base for adventures near and not quite as near

We were a group of 10 ranging from 5 to 74 and we all loved the house. Enough room so that the kids, the parents, and grandparents could all have their own space. Very well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Most importantly enough toys and games to keep a 5 year old occupied for a week. Whether our adventures were an hour plus north to the Grand Canyon or to Sunset Crater and Wupatki or an hour south to the red rocks of Sedona or just up the road to the San Francisco Peaks or even just strolling the streets and exploring the meadows of the neighborhood it was always a pleasure to return home to Eric's house where we could sit and enjoy the view of the Peaks where the Hopi Katsina spirits reside. Or at night to see the Milky Way and more stars than we even knew existed and my God they really do twinkle and look another shooting star! From aspens and ponderosas to pinyons and cactus in half an hour...just wow. All just wow.

A lovely Flagstaff retreat

We enjoyed our month's stay at this property. The hosts could not have been nicer and more accomodating. The home is lovely and comfy with great beds and amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. It was very clean throughout with wonderful additions like a complete medicine and bandage kit, extra blankets, and really everything one could need. There was a nice bottle of wine and loverly snacks awaiting us and all the spices and even packaged food left for us from the owners and other renters. Everything was conveniently labeled. There are lots of lovely areas to read and watch TV. The attached apartment was adorable and gave guests privacy. Cons: The master bedroom is a loft so one can hear the TV downstairs in the living room so if this is an issue one can sleep in one of the other two bedrooms upstairs. The house is only air-conditioned upstairs and it was unseasonably hot a few days so we were warm but opened the screens windows for nice cross breezes and there are fans throughout which really helped. The oven in the house was broken but we could use the one in the apartment and I think they are going to replace the one in the house but the burners worked fine. We brought our two small dogs and were upset to see that the fenced-in back yard was pastureland with weeds, ruts, and dirt and it was not mowed until the last week and even that did not help. Our dogs ate weeds and got sick and were filthy each time they ran around which they couldn't really do because of the ruts. As it is, the property is not good for small dogs and even guests with large dogs should ask about this. The large patio was lovely and had a nice table but no shade or umbrella when the sun was out. There is a shed with a couch under the overhang where the shed is and it was quite dirty with plastic that could have had spiders which we gingerly moved. Finally, the property is on Septic and has a well. My husband and I and later my son and brother all got violently ill with fever, aches, and nausea (I vomited for 12 hours) within three days of arriving at the property at different times. There apparently was a virus going around but it seemed oddly coincidental that we 4 got ill with all of our arrivals after 3 days. The owner tested the water which is UV treated and sent us the certificate which showed it was clean both before and after testing and treatment which was very nice. Still, we were concerned and felt we had to mention this.

Large cozy, yet modern home in a great location!

We will definitely stay at this property in the future! Eric was so helpful, communicative, and accommodating; he even decorated for my son’s birthday and had custom cupcakes made with his name and age on them! We really could not have been more thrilled with our vacation. The home was perfect for sharing with my sister’s family who was able to have their own entire wing to themselves. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, cook, do laundry, enjoy family game time around the table, and my dog and kids loved the huge fenced yard. I also have to add that at times we had 8 people zooming school and work at the same time and the wifi held up really well! The home was nice and warm with central heat and heated floors, as well as exterior heated walkway to melt the ice. Aside from the home being perfect with plenty of room for the 10 of us, it was close enough to town if we wanted to run to the store or grab take out, but far enough away that we were out in the peaceful country. My husband loved that it was only a couple of minutes from the slopes, and while him and the boys were snowboarding, us girls took a 1.5 hour drive see the Grand Canyon! Whether we were enjoying the home, yard, and view, or out exploring all that northern Arizona has to offer, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be going back!

So perfect for our large group and 15 minutes from SnowBowl!!

This was the perfect place for our extended family gathering! Lots of places to congregate in small AND large groups. Our grandkids loved the large front yard to play in the snow and we could watch them play from the large windows in the family room with Humphrey’s peak in the background. Eric was excellent to communicate with and overly accommodating. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect place for a large family’s getaway!

We have a large family and were planning a winter getaway to Flagstaff. It can be hard to find the perfect place online but the owner (Eric) was responsive and extremely helpful in providing details to help us decide and made booking easy. He also was kind enough to not only provide updated info for weather and local events, but gave us real time feedback from other guests/visitors. The house has a great layout for large groups, is on a big piece of property with incredible views and plenty of outdoor space for games, sports, fire pits etc. During our stay I had a couple of questions and Eric promptly responded and made sure to make sure we were comfortable. The property has an amazing view of San Francisco peaks as well as being extremely close to Snowbowl for winter and summer fun. We had a great time riding our bikes right from the house and there are lots of fantastic hiking trails very close. Looking forward to visiting in the summer for all the summer time opportunities and the absolutely stunning stargazing from anywhere on the property!!!!

Wonderful Escape

This house is great for bigger families! It’s a little bit out of town so you can see the night sky but there are other houses around so you don’t feel deserted! The owners provide everything you need and are very easy to communicate with. It was very nice having the main house for early risers and the attached apartment for the night owls! I strongly recommend staying here for anyone looking to visit Flagstaff!

Much Needed Escape

We had a fantastic stay at Eric and Lisa's place! My husband, teen daughter and our two dogs needed to get out of our house and out of the Phoenix heat. My husband went riding (mountain and road) all four mornings we were there. My daughter was able to attend online school in the in-law sweet with the cool breeze blowing and a view of Mt. Humphreys. The dogs and I spent our days either in the large fenced yard or enjoying the sun and cool breezes on the deck and in the sunroom. The house had everything we needed and my daughter loved the labels everywhere! They made it so easy to find everything. The space felt cozy and open at the same time and the location was peacefully rural without being too far from the conveniences of town. The neighbors were friendly and the views were spectacular. We have every intention of staying here again. Thank you so much!

Awesome!!

We came to Flagstaff for a family get away over Labor day, wanting a place to just relax and be able to hang out. This is the place. Eric from the start is great to work with, always getting right back to me with any questions. The house is very nice and big enough for the 12 of us. Beds were very comfortable, I heard no complaints! The kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you'd need to cook & we did cook in every meal and never did not have what we needed. The back patio was great for just hanging out. The yard was the best thing with the kids, we brought outdoor toys (but there was also some already there) and they played non stop. The house was clean and comfortable and just very easy to relax in. Thank you Eric for allowing us to enjoy your home! We would for sure rent again if/ when we plan this trip again. The Norman Family

Great family retreat...with space to PLAY outside!

The house is great. Every detail has been considered, down to multiple charging cables in each room. Kitchen is squared away and easy to use, the neighborhood is extremely quiet, and town is "just far enough" away to feel like you're out in the country. We'll be back for this one!
