While there is no beach the chilled pool was a blessing on those hot summer days! The space was spacious and so well stocked it made our beach vacation amazing! They also helped us out with recommendations on where to rent a boat which made our vacation with the lovely boat slip right out front! Someday we may be back! Lovely place. Marathon is much lower energy than Key West but that was what we needed. Don’t hesitate to book here!

We have been traveling to Indigo Reef for many years with family. Now that we have kids of our own this villa hit all the check marks, bunk beds with trundle a hit, everything you could ever need or want on vacation this place had it! Well decorated and clean like I would have my own home. WE loved every minute of our time spent, we will be back!

We had a great time at Marlin House! I have stayed at several vacation rentals and the kitchen was probably the best stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, bowls, and utensils. The sunset views were great and the ease of getting our boat in and out was great. Our family loved the huge pool! Oh and the beds were comfortable as well!

Great Location & Perfect Views

We had an amazing experience at this property. The manager/owner was quick with any responses we needed and made it a super smooth process. The location for boating is perfect! We could see our boat from the villa, short distance to the pool and the best sunset views. We will be staying there again.
