Comfortable, quiet and bright, it is ideal for a stay with family, friends, a couple or a business trip.

House rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
⛔ Parties are not allowed. During your stay, you are asked to respect the neighborhood.


🐕 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of up to €100 in cleaning costs.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
