Nice Condo, Spectacular View, Bad Dryer
We had a great 5-night stay in the condo! It was clean, nicely decorated, and in a fantastic location. While a few things were a bit out of date, overall it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
We did run into one issue during our stay — the dryer. On our first night, we washed some beach towels and went to dry them, but the dryer sounded like it was going to explode. I reported it to maintenance the next morning, and they told me to keep using it and that someone would come out that day. Unfortunately, no one showed up.
I followed up via text multiple times over the next few days, and each time I was told someone would come the following day — but no one ever did. Meanwhile, we had to keep using the noisy dryer, which I'm sure annoyed the neighbors. Plus, it took two full cycles to dry a single load, which was frustrating.
One of the reasons we chose a place with a washer and dryer was so we could pack light, but this ended up being a bit of an inconvenience. Still, aside from that issue, we really enjoyed the stay.
