Perfect for a family of 4

This place was great and would definitely stay again. Perfect size for a family of 4. The property manager was very informative and responded in adequate time. The staff were very friendly and willing to help.

Tidewater Great as Usual

We have been going to Orange Beach for about 25 years. Discovered Tidewater about 15 years ago and always try and stay here. We love the fact that it is a smaller complex, outdoor pool area is huge, indoor pool is warm for those cooler days, and gym facility has just what you need. The unit we stayed in was very clean and updated. Furniture seemed new and was comfy Bed was new and was comfortable. Another reviewer mentioned that the bedroom needs blackout curtains and I would totally agree the hallway lights of the complex lit up the whole bedroom making it a bit hard to fall asleep. Outside of that, condo was in great shape and would definitely stay there again. Communication with owner was excellent.

Just what we needed

We had a great stay for Spring Break. The condo was clean and stocked with what we needed. Second floor location was great, too. The only thing I can even think to recommend is black out curtains in the bedroom. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great view and location

The view was amazing and great access to the beach. The pool was a nice plus. The size was decent but for a family of 4 might need something bigger next time. The owner was easy to talk to and we were able to check in earlier so that was very appreciated. There were just a few minor items that could be better next time. Like having to buy toilet paper and trash bags because only one was provided of each. Other than that an overall great stay.

Great stay!

We loved being right on the beach and had a beautiful view. Rick was a great host and we’ll definitely be back to stay next time we go to Orange Beach!

Little things

Have been going to Tidewater for many years, love the location. Little things are appreciated, bath mat, rugs, under cabinet lighting, etc. The condo was clean, fresh and uncluttered. Somewhere we will stay again.

Orange Beach Trip

Visit to enjoy beach. Beautiful beachfront view, easy access to beach, indoor and outdoor pool. Property manager very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would stay here again.

Beautiful little condo

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The condo was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 young children. The view was spectacular. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and activities. The condo had was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Nice building and nice beach area

The building was nice. The security officer was on it. We had several family members staying at the building and few of them received notes for leaving sandals outside their doors, hanging towels on the balcony, used the bathroom at the pool at 9:58pm and at 10pm he was demanding you leave the bathroom right away haha. But nice it was looked after, and he was nice so it was fine. My family paid couple hundred less for the stay and had a brand new remodeled condo. Ours needed a little tlc. Laundry door was off its tracks, bed in the room was rough, pots and pans were all nonstick with half the coating missing, living room funiture was peeling, showerhead was older and had build up on it. Dust on ceilings, no rugs in hallway or by bedside so you walked on the tile which is hard on the feet. The AC was on some plan so we would wake up at 2am to the ac off and 75 degrees. Patio furniture was plastic and not comfortable. TV were small. Kitchen had what we needed in it though. Fairly clean and nice condo otherwise, but bothered me I spent more than my family and their condo was much nicer. I cleaned up before i left and did their laundry (linens) as requested. The vacuum was old and smelled weird. The owner was very nice and communicated well. He could use a remodel, i.e. nice patio furniture, paint, update furniture and put some hooks up, blackout cutains in bedroom (light shined thru all night) update bathroom to include a shelf and nicer detachable showerhead would be nice for $

LESS WALKING THAN YOUR USUAL CONDO!

MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED THIS CONDO! I HAVE SEVERE OSTEOARTHRITIS AND THE ROOM IS ON SECOND FLOOR AND JUST A FEW STEPS FROM ELEVATOR! THE VIEW IS JUST BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL FURNISHINGS, VERY CLEAN AND OWNER WAS GREAT AND VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH! WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK! LOCATION IS PERFECT! THANK YOU AGAIN

Grew up vacationing in Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area. Previously owned a condo in Gulf Shores for ten years and regretted selling unit, so we looked and looked and fell in love with the Tidewater property and the location.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We bought this property because of the location, the amenities, and the condition of the unit. Unit has spectacular direct view of Gulf of Mexico and is located on a lower floor (which makes it more convenient). Property is gated which makes it safer for our guests.
