An amazing place to stay at

My family & I loved staying here. The house was very nice & clean, looked exactly like the pictures. Did not have any problems or complications during our stay. Will definitely book again when we decide to go back!

FAMILY CHRISTMAS

Wonderful home. Couple.suggestions have a high chair ( has a crib and pack n play). Also more pots and pans and mixing bowls. Parking is pretty inconvenient. All in all would stay again.

Perfect Spot

We came into town for my niece's birthday and the Zach Bryan concert so we needed a home close to Creighton and this was perfect for 6 of us to call home for a few days. We were able to have my niece and her friends over for dinner and games.

Midtown Home

Nice large space for our group. Kitchen was not stocked with enough mugs, cups or bowls. Definitely an older place which we don't mind, but a lot of things neglected...the railing was detached from the stairs, drafty windows, etc. When we emailed and asked for more bowls and mugs, nobody responded. Not what was shown in the photos.

Big house!

This was a great location for those that are interested in walking to restaurants and bars. There is very fun board game cafe just up the street as well that serves some food and drink too.

Day trip with friends

We took a quick trip to Omaha to see the zoo and enjoy friends. The house was amazing. It had so much charm. There was plenty of space, a big table for playing games and eating dinner, a game system for the teens, plenty of beds, and an awesome front porch. There was a great coffee shop just a few blocks away with a really cool atmosphere. The lister did everything to make sure our experience was top notch right down to very end.

Great place to rest with large family

We kept ourselves busy with our group of 11 with FunPlex and the zoo. This was a great spot for us to sleep and hang out, make some small meals. Two bathrooms, games in the basement, crib and bunk room were all a bonus. We really appreciated the fact that the hosts were hospitable. Easy drive to big attractions and easy walk to ice cream, some restaurants and coffee shop (stories coffee is awesome!) Tons of options for food and grocery delivery

Visit to Omaha for a funeral

Lack of really good parking should be mentioned in the description of the place, handle on the exterior door broken (back door). It is an old home with charm and quirks which does not really show in the photos. People who are familiar with old homes would likely get it, based upon the external photo, but I could see others feeling disappointed. Kitchen supplies, in particular pots and pans need to be updated. Mattresses and pillows certainly varied in quality. All that being said, we would likely stay again.

Bitter Winter

We just happen to be here in the frigid winter storm Elliott 2022. We had a low of -13°F and because this is a very quaint older home, the windows did leak. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the home is very accessible.

Nice Stay

Listing was as advertised. The pac-man machine didnt work. Also, Its an older home with squeeky floors and doors so if that bugs you i wouldnt stay here. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Week to Visit Family

Overall good stay, few small issues, nothing major. It’s an older house like the rest in that area and we are originally from the area so we knew about the type of house and the area. Creaky floors and doors but again, to be expected. Lots of space though, the kids liked the games in the basement, way better than a party of 10 in a hotel. Nice to have furniture on the porch, some friends came over and talked after the kids went to bed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again. It was pretty much right on for the listing and location. Definitely recommend just be realistic and know you’re staying in the more historic part of town.

Family in Omaha for wedding

Decorated nicely. Lots of room and beds, and a nice kitchen. Dining chairs were a bit sketchy, as several were broken, and all were quite stained. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable and clean though. Needed more blankets as weather turned colder, and management was quick to respond, so very responsive. Also let us in a bit early, which we appreciated. Parking was challenging if you have more than 2 cars. Location was great, nice area to walk. Bike path right across the street.

Early Thanksgiving

We met here as a halfway point to celebrate Thanksgiving early with my daughter & family. The house was nicely updated and very cozy. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable, and the cost for this rental was very competitive. And the cherry on top - we weren’t asked to clean the house and pass a white glove inspection! This is HUGE. There is no worse way IMO to end a vacay stressing about cleaning. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice on the inside, neighborhood not great

Would stay again, maybe. Pulling up to the property, some of the parts not pictured because the property from the outside and surrounding neighborhood isn't that great. This became apparent more the first night when there were a couple people wondering around across the street at different time, one in a fit of rage screaming about some relationship with some person dropping curses back to back, and another appeared to be a homeless person based on the things they were carrying and odd behavior walking around. The 2nd night was much nicer, without incident, and the people actually staying at the neighboring house were fine, and quiet. So, maybe the first night thing was a fluke. There were a number of other people walking their dog, of jogging, we gave a wave to, which felt quite normal and safe, so it wasn't all bad at all. We played some games on the back porch (which is covered) at night, both nights. That said, the inside did compensate for much of the negative outside environment, but we didn't feel real safe beyond the front port at night, and the backdoor was inly a deadbolt that isn't really strong, giving little confidence in it, but we didn't have any issues with anything like that. The inside is updated pretty well and is comfortable living, sleeping, and eating areas. Our game room was missing the air hockey table pictured, and the foosball table was falling apart in various ways, but there was a little arcade table that wasn't shown originally that the kids really enjoyed playing. All of this being said, if it were up to me, I would probably stay here again with the company we had, which included two adults beyond my own immediate family, but I probably wouldn't stay here if it was just my immediate family, and I believe the price was too high and probably wouldn't stay again either way unless I saw a drop in the price, if and when there were a next time. We did have some issues with some missing amenities and smoke alarms, which we brought to the management's attention and they did resolve this the next morning, so their responsiveness there was good and I feel fairly confident if you have similar issues, it would probably be addressed in a timely manner.

Family gathering

We utilized this house for a family gathering Omaha ended up being a middle point for multiple people. The house being located where it is is absolutely perfect and so close to for so many activities! Great communication with property managers too!

Amazing property and management

Convenient, well-appointed house

We used this house for a visit for a family wedding. It had enough bedrooms and beds for us and the basement area was good entertainment for the kids. The house came with the basic toiletries and cleaning supplies which was appreciated. Upon arrival one shower did not have a curtain or rings but this was remedied by management within an hour. Our only complaint is that it appears a previous guest smoked in the main floor based on the smell and while it appeared it had been deodorized it was still evident to a family of non-smokers. Considering we were only using the house for sleeping we decided to just put up with it. We did air it out a bit which helped some. I found this property to be a great value for money paid, well-appointed, and convenient to getting to different places around Omaha.

Prefect multi family home!

We rented this home for a multigenerational family stay. We were in Omaha for a family wedding and stayed for 3 nights. This house was ideal for gathering in the large living room and attached dining room, while the kids entertained themselves playing games in the fun game room in the basement. The kids also loved the option of playing games on the Xbox located off their bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped with enough dishes, utensils, cookware and appliances fit our large group. We also loved that this home was located just blocks away from the wonderful restaurant/ shopping district of midtown and black stone (very walkable). Our only regret was we didn’t pack our tennis raquets, because the park next door has 8 nicely maintained tennis courts. All in all, this was a great house in a great location!

Fabulous house and location

We are a family that met in Omaha for a funeral. All adults with several flying into the Omaha airport. The house was perfect for us. We had space to gather as a family and talk- in the living room, dining room, or on the large front porch. We could fix our own meals in the well supplied kitchen. The location was 15 minutes from the airport, 9 minutes at 5:00 am! 😊. Before getting to Omaha I emailed a few questions to the host and received a reply promptly. I highly recommend this house and the efficient staff that came with it.
