This studio has been renovated so that you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay in the center of Lyon. Don't be afraid it is also very quiet so you can rest easily.

There a living room with sofa bed for one person, storage, flat screen TV opening onto a nice kitchenette fully equipped with hob, utensils and crockery. On the mezzanine you will find a double bed (height around 1 meter).

The whole apartment has a WIFI connection.

During your stay, we provide you with bedding, bath towels, soap, shampoo and a kitchen towel.

All the apartment is yours and accessible in full autonomy.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Prime location in the city center of Lyon, it’s a dynamic district where you will find a lot of historic monuments like Hôtel de ville, Opéra, or Amphithéâtre des Trois Gaules. Symbol of the city thanks to the architecture, You will be able to visit bohemian and artistic neighbourhood of Croix-Rousse with the montée de la Grande Côte or to stroll the famous Rue de la République known for its shopping area. Many activities during the day or in the evening, you will find all amenities, grocery stores, bars, restaurants.

Hotel de Ville station on the metro line A is at 100 meters from the apartment.
Many bus lines to get to Part-Dieu, Bellecour, Fourvière ...

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
