This 70 sq. m apartment is located on the 6th floor with a lift and includes:
- a cosy living room with a comfortable one person sofa bed,
- a balcony with a splendid view overlooking the bay of Antibes,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a fully equipped kitchen (stoves, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, kettle),
- a bathroom with a tub,
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi, fan,
- an underground parking lot.

Note that the building dates from the 1960s, so the sound and heat insulation is not perfect.

##Neighborhood

The apartment is located at the edge of the Mediterranean seafront, along the pedestrian promenade from Nice to Villeneuve-Loubet, close to the Hippodrome. You will be able to access easily to a couple of well-known attractions like Marineland, the old Antibes and the Picasso museum of Antibes.
On the seashore, you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and at the foot of the building, there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, snacks, games for children, bike rentals as to not miss a second of the southern sun !

- International airport Nice Côte d'Azur : 10min by car or 30min by bus.
