Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear you had a wonderful stay—and that your great grandson declared it his favorite beach house, that’s the best compliment we could ask for! We appreciate your feedback regarding the luggage carts. We do have a collapsible luggage cart that we provide in the unit for our guests. That information was in the listing and check-in information. We’d love to host you and your family again soon for another memorable beach getaway!

We appreciate your kind feedback. It’s great to hear the unit met your expectations, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you for your kind review! While we can’t control the weather, we’re so glad the unit provided a comfortable and welcoming space for you to enjoy time with your family. We’d love to host you again in the future—hopefully with better weather next time!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the pools and kids’ swimming area. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. When you contacted us about the headboard, we offered to have someone come out and repair it, but you preferred not to have maintenance enter the condo during your stay. Had we known about the shower drainage issue or the lamps, we would have been happy to have maintenance take a look at those items as well. We always encourage guests to let us know about any issues during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them while they are there. Regarding the luggage, the owner has provided a luggage cart in the unit for guests to use, and this is noted in both the property description and the check-in information. We’re sorry if that information was overlooked. As for the parking garage, unfortunately, the garage and its design are managed by the property/HOA, and we do not have control over how parking or loading is handled, particularly during the peak season when the property is very busy. We certainly understand your frustration with the parking situation. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify these items. We’re always happy to help resolve concerns during a guest’s stay whenever possible.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We’re delighted to hear everything was great and hope to see you again on your next visit.
