**Smoking Policy:** This is a strictly non-smoking property. Evidence of smoking (smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.) will result in a minimum €300 cleaning fee.

**Pets:** Small pets are welcome for an additional fee (payable at booking). Guests are responsible for removing pet hair and preventing any damage or disturbance. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

**Extended Stays:** Reservations over 30 days require a civil/mobility lease and inventory check-in/out with our agent, plus a security deposit.
