Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’are glad to hear you enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and the home’s extras, and that the pool was a great fit for your young children. We are also happy the location made it easy to enjoy the beach. We are sorry, however, that the bedroom mattress and fan were uncomfortable and that the internet service was unreliable during your stay, especially while your husband was working. We understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly with the TVs being affected as well. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as this feedback helps us identify areas that need attention. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both the positives and areas for improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back in the future.
