We will have to reach out to the homeowners association regarding any structural issues and the private beach access. The dunes are very high along most of 30A, so most of the area has the same beach access set up. We wish we were made aware of the tubs slow drain! We would have been glad to send someone out to take a look at it! In the future, please notify us right away of any problems so that we are able to rectify the situation! Please know that we do our best to maintain these properties but we do falter from time to time. Feedback like yours is extremely helpful as it gives us the chance to fix what you found unsatisfactory with the unit and provide a better beach vacation experience. we also apologize that we were not as responsive as how you would have wanted us to be. We take these matters very seriously and want to address each concern you've raised. Firstly, our maintenance team promptly responded and inspected the air vent in question. They did not identify any mold or the smell of mold but did note some dust buildup and recommended that the air ducts be cleaned. We understand how distressing this must have been, especially given your family's health conditions. Please be assured that we have scheduled a thorough cleaning of the air ducts to eliminate any mold presence. Additionally, the property owner has informed us that plans are underway to replace the broken window and the sliding glass doors to prevent any air gaps in the future. Regarding the availability of other units, we apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that occurred. Our intention is always to provide our guests with the best possible experience, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. We are also sorry for the lack of follow-up and communication from our team. This does not reflect our standards, and we are taking steps to ensure it does not happen again.
