Hi Jena, Thanks for leaving your feedback! We're glad you had a good weekend at Beacons 4. We will have to reach out to the homeowners association regarding any structural issues and the private beach access. The dunes are very high along most of 30A, so most of the area has the same beach access set up. We wish we were made aware of the tubs slow drain! We would have been glad to send someone out to take a look at it! In the future, please notify us right away of any problems so that we are able to rectify the situation!
