Cloud Dancer Cabin 4400 sf UTROLIG 180 graders Mtn-udsigt Hot Tub Theatre Arcade

Thank you for your review and for the kind words about Cloud Dancer. I am glad you enjoyed the cabin. I certainly apologize for the cleaning issues you mentioned. Unfortunately, our cleaners walked into quite a situation at 10:45 a.m. that morning after the previous guests checked out late without permission. The cabin had been left in extremely poor condition, with a mountain of trash, leaking garbage in the kitchen, and an overall lack of care for the property. Our cleaning crew had only a few hours to get everything cleaned up and ready for your arrival. While they worked hard to get the cabin back into shape, it appears a few details were overlooked in the rush. The coffee maker may have been missed, and some of the gnats were likely a result of the excessive garbage left behind by the previous guests. As for the bedding, all linens were washed and changed prior to your arrival, so we're not sure what may have caused the odor you mentioned. None of this changes the fact that you deserved to arrive at a clean cabin, and we sincerely apologize that a few things fell short. We did offer to send our cleaners back to address your concerns, but we completely understand your preference not to have anyone interrupt your vacation. We appreciate your understanding, your feedback, and the opportunity to explain the unusual circumstances that morning. We would certainly love to welcome you back to Cloud Dancer in the future!
