Todd was great to communicate with. The house is great and a good value. Todd even arranged to heat the pool for a reasonable fee. If you're a pool owner you know what it costs to heat a pool in December! Close to downtown, close to the tram. I'd stay here again, thanks Todd!

Todd was communicated very well with us and even allowed for an early check in. We were just there for a quick 2 night stay. We would have liked to have used the very spacious outside area but there were many ants and we were concerned about our 1 year old grandson. Other than that, great location, great house.

We booked this home for a two-night getaway in Palm Springs and were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival around 2 PM, the house was unbearably hot since the air conditioning had been turned off, and there was an unpleasant odor likely due to the heat.While we knew from the photos that the home was a bit outdated, the bigger concern was the overall lack of care and cleanliness. Several cushions had visible stains, which made the house feel dirty and poorly maintained. The pool was a major reason we booked this property, but it was dirty upon arrival. There was debris at the bottom of the pool. Similarly, all of the outdoor furniture and tables were stained and clearly had not been properly maintained for some time. Lastly, I had confirmed with the owner that there would be ice available, but the ice from the refrigerator had a strange stench and was unusable.Lastly, one of the guests left earrings in the room upon checking out and the “cleaner didn’t find them.” At this moment, based on my experiences I don’t feel either are a reliable source. Overall, while we expected an older property, what we experienced was a home that was not clean, not cared for, and far below the standard we hoped for. This was a disappointing stay.

Extremely Happy!

This was our very first Vrbo, and we were pleasantly surprised.The home was very clean and as advertised on the site.Todd, the host was very responsive to any/all communications.There were plenty of instructions and guidance readily available.We would definitely stay here again.

Palm Springs Perfection

Beautiful home inside and out and possibly the best customer service made our five night rental memorable. The kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfy and the host does all he can to make sure we enjoy our friends getaway. We hope to make this an annual gathering in PS!

Fantastic Mid century Modern home in Palm Springs

This was a beautiful property in the north end of Palm Springs. Three bedrooms and a great backyard with a fantastic pool. The house is close to downtown Palm Springs, in fact, we walked there a few times with our Yorkie. Todd is an excellent host. Recommended many things to do in Palm Springs. Also, he was very responsive to any issues we had which were few. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Palm Springs.

Amazing Palm Springs home

My friends and I stayed at this house for our annual Palm Springs trip. The home is decorated super cute with an amazing pool! We had everything we needed already there. I highly recommend staying there. The owner Todd was very accommodating, gracious and communicative. It was a pleasure to be his guest.

Perfect for a family vacation

Beautiful house. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a great getaway to Palm Springs. Saltwater pool was lovely. Patio has plenty of seating with a hammock for relaxing and a gas grill for dinners. Location is great too -- short drive to all that Palm Springs offers.

Modern relaxation in the desert.

Clean. Cute/modern decor. Easy communication with host. Pool and fire-pit were most enjoyable. Perfect for a girls weekend or family time. Short Uber to airport and popular restaurants/shopping and site seeing. Beautiful seating for yoga.

Dirty and unsafe

house was super dirty. Wash cloth dirty in the bath toothbrush on the floor. Old food on grill. Rusty skewers and dirty glasses and silverware. No hot tub as mentioned on vrbo*** false ad. Pool was green upon arrival. Coping peeling and dangerous we kept tripping on it. beds were not comfortable at all. Super old and cheap linens. Itchy and didn’t feel clean. Toliet paper holder falling off and needed to be fixed . Screw off. Owner in the end claims we broke it. Had sent a screen shot of photo of it to him from day 1. owner Todd was responsive in beginning and Offered us a late check out on Sunday but we didn’t need as we had to leave. Then He tried to make it as if he was giving us a deal and tried to say we broke the toilet paper holder and the pool remote. We could not use the pool at night for it was soooo windy outside on this side of town. There were some nice things in the home and the home itself was fine. Just super dirty and definitely not worth the cost. All we finally asked for was the cleaning fee returned as the house was not clean. Owner Todd told us we would be even since he offered early ck in and late ck out . He said he didn’t charge us for 2 days of pool heat which is not true . If nothing is wrong Todd’s communication is fine. If something is wrong he is hard to deal with. So unfortunate. We are all school teachers and this was an elaborate trip for us. We expected at minimum a clean and safe house. I wish there was a way to post photos here.

Excellent house beautiful inside and out

We had a lovely stay at this house Our grandkids stayed in the pool all day. Very nice setting with fire pit and barbecue. Overall I would highly recommend this house. Todd the owner was excellent in communicating with us. Very fun decor. Enjoy

Spring Break Getaway

We had such a great time at this property! The location was ideal as it is close to downtown, not too far from Joshua Tree hiking, in a quiet neighborhood, and private. Working with Todd was so easy and he went above and beyond to make sure our trip was just right. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would visit again.

Amazing Spring Break in Palm Springs

We just returned from 4 magical days in PS. We were 6 people, 2 adults and 4 children and the house was the perfect size for our group. We had so many plans of things we wanted to do in PS but literally never left the property because it was too fun to leave! First off the owner Todd and his sister Lisa are wonderful hosts. Great communication and accommodated all of our requests. The yard is huge and incredible with the most beautiful Mountain View’s! Pool was perfectly heated, the kids stayed in for 6 hours a day. As a Mom I really appreciated that I could be in the kitchen cooking and as the entire living room wall is glass I had a fulll view of the kids in the pool. We enjoyed BBQing and using the fire pit for smores. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. I will be telling all my friends and family about this property!

Great Mid-century Modern Home

The home was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and convenient to the airport and local attractions. Todd, the owner, clearly communicated instructions, etc. and was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palm Springs!

Perfect for a summer weekend getaway

Very cool house with incredible decor. The pool is amazing and was perfect for a summer trip. Very close to town which made it easy to go get food and see some of the sites. The owner was so nice and helpful. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely go back and stay out there again. Very quiet and the great pool made for a perfect relaxing weekend for me and my girl
