The location was great and there was enough room for all six of us. We were close to the pool and hot tub, which made it nice and convenient after being out for the day. We especially loved sitting on the lanai in the morning, it was very relaxing. Wailea beaches are within walking distance, although we just got up early and parked a Ulua Beach. We appreciate that there were plenty of beach chairs and a cooler to use.

Great restful stay

Check in was easy and the management was very responsive. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed with beach chairs and towels.

Amazing property for our family. It had all the things we needed for young and old alike.

Perfect location, nice unit, next to pool, clean, comfortable. Couple things to note-all interior doors are not solid doors so every little noise in the unit is heard which makes sleeping difficult when traveling with others.

Dream vacation.

The condo was perfect for our family. It backed up to the golf course and it was nice to sit on the lanai and have a great view. Location was great for getting around. Thank you for sharing your home.

Relaxing and comfortable

Retirement Celebration with Family

Great condo for my 5 family members, it was quiet and great location - close to shops and beach (about a 30 min walk). The property management was very responsive. We definitely will return next year.

Great location!

We traveled to Maui for a short vacation with my 17yo son and several of his friends. We really enjoyed this condo, especially its location! It’s very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I really appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to prepare large meals. The property is beautiful and very clean. I hope to stay here again!

The only issue we had was the hot water/cold water being backwards. Should probably let guests know about this at the time of checkin.

Family stay

This unit was beautiful and very spacious. It is close to a pool and has a great view of the golf course. The only issue is having to use a key for the door. It would be more convenient for all the guests if there was a keyless entry lock installed.

Place was alright but floors wer dusty and dirty, there wer roaches in the kitchen cabinets, and the AC in master bedroom was leaking water onto the floor due to condensation and wrong pitch of ac installation.

Worse Properties Management

Nothing to do with the owner but it's frustrated time while dealing with Maui Paradise Properties Management Group during my 10 nights stay at this unit. Issue was arise while we're staying and the agency handling the issue was the worse ever. MPP avoided taking the call, buying time and slowly responding to the issue under their rental. Really not worth time and money when you having issue and needed them but they left you in the dark. Stay away from renting under MPP group. Never had any business with MPP agency ever. Hope it helps your decision while having vacation in Hawaii.

Aloha , We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your time on Maui. Though we make an effort to meet off our guests’ needs, an emergency pipe break is not something we have any control over. And we don’t want this to affect our guest and owners for much longer , so we make it sure to have it fixed as soon as possible and resulted that everybody has water the following day. We do all we can to make sure our unit descriptions are accurate and up to date, so if there is something that we’ve missed or that could be misinterpreted, we apologize. Lastly, if there were any amount that shouldn’t be charged to you, especially if this is brought to our attentions we would definitely be able to make out some financial resolutions and forwarded to our Accounting team. The property was a great fit for our family of 6 with four young adults who are need of bed space. Having two kings was key and the pull out was a huge plus. It was awesome being right on the golf course and next to the pools. We would often hang out in the pool after the beach. We were able to gather around the table to eat meals and play games. The kitchen was stocked with the cooking utensils and pans and dishes. Be sure to pick up spices, ziplocks and other necessary items. The BBQs are right next to the unit so that was also convenient. The unit has beach towels and chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We walked to the beach but found it easier to drive down to Ulua Beach. There always seemed to be parking. Hide tide comes in around 2:30/3 so it was great to head back and hang by the pool. The unit is centrally located and walking distance to the Wailea Shops and also two other centers. In the morning we would walk down and walk the beach walking path or find a new coffee spot. The unit is located near Kīhei so we would venture for bites to eat or dinner. We also golfed multiple times and even did the road to Hana. The unit is a bit dated but it was great for our family and much better than getting 3 hotel rooms! The couch is ready to be updated and the floor needs a deep clean. Other than that great. The beds are comfy and everyone had their own space. The management company was responsive each time we messaged rhem. We would definitely stay here again.

Our three day stay at Grand Champion was very enjoyable. The villa was very spacious and clean. All of the bed rooms were good size with the master bed room especially spacious. The lanai had comfortable chairs and all of the appliances worked well, except for the dishwasher, which we were told in advance was being replaced the following week. The location is excellent - just a relatively short walk or drive to the Wailea Shops, restaurants, food stores and beaches. The parking arrangements were easy to set up with passes available for both cars we had. The pools, which were close by, were clean and the water temperature at a reasonably nice temperature, The trash and recycling bins were close by the parking lot as well, so easy to dispose of. The washer and dryer (a little noisy) were located on the lanai. There is one concern to mention. The unit is ground level next to a golf course. As a golfer, I know that occasionally a wayward shot can be hit. During our visit, on two occasions we experienced having two balls hit by golfers which came close to our unit. The golfers seemed oblivious to the fact that there are residences along the course, or we were sitting in the lanai. Additionally, on one occasion, a wayward golf ball came within inches of hitting a young girl who was sitting on the edge of the pool, which is located behind trees and should be safe place. This isn't the fault of the owners but something to be aware of. Overall, we would be pleased to return.

It was okay.

This property was not up to par with previous trips to Maui. No Parking passes were provided until the second to last day of our stay despite multiple requests to management, so constant harassment by security. Oven was not clean so smoke alarm kept going off every time we cooked. Daughter got a skin infection during stay. No maid service. Besides that it was okay, but I wouldn’t rent again.

Wonderful location!

We loved the view and the location was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach and shopping. Our family of 6 truly enjoyed the property and home. Our only issue was that while the place appeared neat and clean, the tile floors were very dirty. Our bare feet were very dirty after walking through the house.

Beautiful condo but needs some updating

We stayed at two different Grand Wailea properties for a large family reunion. For this property Pros: Beautiful condo, nice layout, close to beaches, shops, restaurants. Plenty of room for the four of us. Wonderful views of golf course & sunsets. Mostly clean on arrival. Cons: Living room AC old and blows warm air - needs replacement; some dishes chipped and visibly dirty with food particles upon arrival; check-out time of 10:00 AM earlier than anywhere else we've ever stayed on Maui - property management wouldn't give us one hour more but wanted to sell us one day more of close to $800 - after our eight-night stay.

Can’t beat the view

We had a lovely stay with our family this week! This condo is much more spacious than we anticipated and had more than enough room for the 8 of us. The large deck was a bonus and the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets each night. We couldn’t recommend this place more!
