Mid Century Modern in Heart of the City

Thank you for the feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home and location. We’ve already addressed the items mentioned, including replacing the pickleball paddles and adding new batteries to the hallway night lights. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime. Safe travels and all the best!

Thank you for your feedback. We have since moved away from individual hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles and installed mounted dispensers in the showers to ensure these items are consistently available. Regarding the refrigerator/freezer, we had Freon added to address the cooling issue and did our best to provide ice during the repair. There was also a second refrigerator available that was functioning properly while the other unit was being serviced. We appreciate you staying with us and are glad you enjoyed the property and amenities. Thank you.

Hi Michael Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re really glad your group had a great March Madness trip and were able to enjoy all the outdoor amenities. It means a lot to hear everyone was comfortable and had a great stay. You’re always welcome back anytime, we’d love to host you again!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re really glad the home worked well for your group and that you had everything you needed. You’re absolutely right, Summer is especially great with the outdoor space and amenities. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear your family had such a great time and that there was something for everyone to enjoy. It’s great to know the pool, spa, slide, waterfall, and pickleball court were such big hits, and we're especially happy the casita helped keep the peace between the teens and adults! 😊 We appreciate your kind words about the kitchen, beds, outdoor spaces, and amenities. Creating a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere for families and groups is exactly what we strive for, so it's incredibly rewarding to hear that reflected in your experience. Thank you for choosing our home for your family vacation. You were fantastic guests, and we'd love to host you again anytime, hopefully for a longer stay next time! Safe travels and all the best to your family! Jason & Family

Hello Arthur and family, Thank you for booking our property 'Mid Century Modern Beauty'. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and welcome you back in the future. Best Regards! Jason and Misti

Hi Tatiana, We were disappointed by your review, as several statements are inaccurate and do not reflect the efforts we made to accommodate your family. We made a special exception to accommodate your group of 15 guests and approved your hibachi setup. Throughout your stay, I personally communicated with three different members of your group to address concerns and requests. To clarify: - Refrigerator: The compressor unexpectedly failed, but a second, fully functioning refrigerator and freezer were made available that same day. We also provided complimentary ice and popsicles. - Drainage: The issue was resolved the same day. - TVs: No issues were reported during your stay. Had we known, we would have gladly addressed them. - Supplies: We provided additional toiletries and paper products, along with complimentary coffee and creamer at your request. - Cleaning: Our checkout policy does not require guests to mop floors. - Checkout: Checkout was 11 AM. We attempted to contact you at 11:15 AM and waited until 11:30 AM before beginning cleaning. We did not intentionally wake you with pressure washing. We regret the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator failure, but we responded with solutions and ongoing assistance. As Premier Hosts with over 100 reviews and a 4.9-star average rating, we take great pride in personally owning and managing our property to provide attentive, hands-on service. Unfortunately, your review omits important facts and does not accurately reflect us
