The perfect getaway

This condo was perfection! It has fantastic beach access, a pool big enough where it never feels crowded with plenty of seating, the room was perfect, everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d need for a weeks worth of cooking. I can’t say enough great things about our stay and will for sure return asap!

Super nice place. Hated to leave.

The property exceeded expectations. Clean, great view, wonderful facilities especially indoor pool. Everything was in the condo that one would need. Great restaurants nearby, so kitchen was used minimally. The only problem, getting there early and not being able to check in earlier than the 4pm deadline, but we had a pleasant wait downstairs. Did not get a chance to use any TV's due to the specatacular views.

Had to contact management multiple times a day. After the 4th day they finally came and fixed the dryer that didn’t work and the toilet. They never came to fix the tv’s that didn’t have remotes that worked. The dishwasher leaked everytime it was ran. The shower in guest bedroom is impossible to turn off. The dryer takes at least 4 cycles to dry and that was the new dryer they finally brought on our 4th day. The condo is 20 years past needing a renovation. Not getting management to respond to issues was frustrating. I would never recommend this unit to anyone.

Thank you for sharing this. I’m very sorry your stay at Phoenix VI 6914 fell so far short of expectations. I’ve escalated your reservation to our operations team and the owner for immediate review. Actions we are taking now: - Open priority work orders to fully inspect and repair/replace the dryer, dishwasher, guest‑bath shower valve (so it can be turned off), and the TVs/remotes; technicians will verify each item is functioning before the next guest. - Re‑inspect the toilet repair you mentioned to confirm it was completed correctly. - Investigate the dishwasher leak source and repair or replace the unit as needed. - Review maintenance logs and vendor response times to determine why multiple requests were required and update our procedures to prevent delayed responses. - Review the overall condition of the unit with the owner and discuss necessary updates or renovations. We will also review your stay for appropriate compensation and will follow up through your Vrbo message thread. Please send any photos, videos, or timestamps via your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation. I’m sorry this affected your trip and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

We will be back!!!!!

We had a great experience from the beginning. We have stayed in this building before when a friend owned a condo and was so sad when he sold it. When I found this unit I knew it would be great. It definitely did not disappoint. It was very clean and the master shower is wonderful. The view of the beach from this room is beautiful!!!! Hope to be able to stay for many years to come

Vacation

Had the best time! The condo was clean, the building was clean, the pool area was always clean and tidy. Was unsure about the balcony not being (closed off) private (they are staggered), but we lucked out and had great neighbors and chatted with them in the evening. Never thought twice about it after the first day. Such a beautiful view, we sat on the balcony every night until we went to bed. First time in Orange Beach and we will be back for sure! Thanks!

Good enough

Property was clean and as expected. Living room & patio furniture wasn’t comfortable- but didn’t spend much time in Condo so no big deal. Would have liked to have an extra roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay and a wash cloth for the kitchen but again small details. Property indoor pool was closed and would have liked to know that as well. Good enough.

Not the best condo

I've stayed at many Phoenix condos over the last 20+ yrs. This particular unit was not very clean. The couch was horrid. The master shower needs a shower door on 1 end. It was not very clean at all. Paid pretty good money and just wasn't satisfied. I try to never leave negative feedback but this unit needs help. Was not worth the money. The property outside of unit was awesome as always.

Good location and view!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love being in a beachfront property and enjoyed the spacious balcony. However, the condo had a very distinct cigarette smell the whole time we were there. Which was unexpected, considering that it’s supposed to be a smoke free building. I did notify management to see if there’s something that they can do to mitigate the smell for future guests. Also, be prepared that the parking pass was $55 - which was much higher than parking passes I’ve paid in other buildings in the area.
