The best property in Nashville!

The Nash Nest was hands down the best property I’ve stayed in before! The house was exactly as listed, and in the perfect location. Kaylea was sooo accommodating with suggestions and early check-in, answering all of our messages quickly! I will tell all my friends about this house for their Nashville trips!

Bachelorette Weekend

Overall this property was great! I had some trouble with communicating with the owner, before check-in & during the check-in process. Other than that, the property was great for us! We had 9 girls, and there was plenty of room for sleeping!

Hi Carly- It seems your only issue and reason for not leaving five stars was the check in process? As mentioned to you privately, I do not share the code several days early as you requested and/or until the house is cleaned and ready for check in. It’s the same as a hotel- you get your key at check in. In fact, I even arranged for my cleaners to come early so I could accommodate an early check in a few hours early for you. :) Thanks for your feedback however, my check in process is my policy guests must adhere to. Thanks!

Family gathering

We enjoyed the house very much. The outdoor patio was great in the evening and 8 adults and 3 kids did fine outside. One thing to report…the house was a “no pets” property but there is clearly a dog that is present…there was a lot of black dog hair present. My grandson is allergic to dogs, and part of the reason I chose that house was my assumption that there wouldn’t be pet hair in most of the house.

Hello! Yes unfortunately I do not allow people to bring their own pets while staying hence the no pet policy. However I am the owner and I have a black lab that lives at the property which is noted in my house description in case of allergies. My cleaning crews do their best to remove any and all dog hair present but it’s nearly impossible to get it all. If your children have any allergies like that present I would recommend having a conversation with your host about it prior to your stay just to cover all the bases. Thanks so much!

This property couldn’t have been a better place to stay! We were able to walk to get breakfast and were just a quick ride to downtown! Kaylea was so sweet and even had a little present waiting for me when I arrived! I can’t say enough good things! 10/10 recommend!

Moms 80th birthday getaway!

The house was decorated so cute! It was a comfortable space to relax, spread out and enjoy each others company. We used the front porch swing, backyard patio and the living room to chat and share laughs. The downstairs master was perfect for my mom! Cute little areas around the neighborhood! Would consider staying here again!

Best VRBO!!

This property was so amazing all around. There was a group of 9 of us that came for a bachelorette weekend! Kaylei was an amazing host, easy to communicate with. The property is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and just a quick earth ride away from all the business of the city. I will recommend this property to everyone I know.

Great Location

The property was super cute and not to far from anything. There were a few things that needed cleaned up (fridge) and the outdoor furniture was in bad shape. The owner also had a lot of personal items around which was weird. Overall, it was a decent place to stay while in Nashville.

12 girl bachelorette party

Overall we had a wonderful experience at the NashNest! We had 12 girls for a bachelorette party. The property was very clean, modern and decorated nicely! There are not enough actual beds to fit 12 comfortably, so a few people had to share a couple air mattresses. But there was plenty of bathroom space and the rest of the house was very spacious. Oh and an ample amount of backyard space with a gas firepit! Kaylea was a great host, she responded quickly for the most part and even went out of her way to allow us to check in a little early so we could decorate before the bride arrived. The check-in and check-out process was extremely simple. The place felt safe and secure, which was important to us 12 women. The listing is accurate- what you see is what you get (and it’s awesome)! Thanks again Kaylea!

The property was so cute and so close to everything! We stayed with friends with a total of 10 and it was perfect! Great atmosphere to spend time with friends and plenty of room. Kaylea was quick to respond and helped us with checking in early and late when leaving. I was celebrating my 30th and it was so memorable thanks to kaylea!

Such a cute home and a great stay

We had 10 girls together for a bachelorette party and really enjoyed the house, the decorating was beautiful and I loved the kitchen. The house does say it sleeps 12, but it's important to note that's by using two blow up mattresses, so if everyone in your group wants a real bed 8 people is really best. Other than that we had a great stay and the NashNest is a perfect location for easily getting around the city!

Thanks so much Anna!! You are welcome back anytime...I also have another property right next door that can sleep 6-8 with three bedrooms/1.5 baths so that’s always an option too if you have a bigger group as well! So glad y’all had fun!
