Miramar Beach Ariel

We loved our stay. Weather could have been better but condo was perfect. Loved how well- stocked it was and the balcony was where we spent most of our time.

Great Family Spring Break Getaway!

Everything about this property was true as listed. It was clean, safe, and a close walk to the beach. We had a blast and will look to book it again next year. The only suggestion I have for improvement is at least one more dish towel for the kitchen so one could always be clean while the other washes.

Juliana, we are happy to know that you thought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Ariel Dunes I 1307 was good and the view wonderful. We apologize for any discomfort that you experienced during your stay. As we all know, beds are subjective from one person to the next. Some people like soft pillow-y mattresses and some like them to be more firm. The current bed in the master bedroom is a newer mattress with a memory foam cover on it. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Would stay again!

We loved our stay here. The property was clean, beds were very comfortable, the view is amazing, easy access to the beach. It wasn’t quite as well stocked as other vacation rentals I’ve stayed in… for instance there was no laundry detergent, no cooking basics like salt/pepper or cooking spray, no coffee or coffee filters, etc, although there were plenty of appliances and cooking tools. So that would be my only suggestion, but overall we would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful beach

The location was beautiful! The condo was very nice also. The only negatives I have are the floors were not clean (our feet were actually black from walking on them), the tennis courts pictured in the advertisement were not the tennis courts we could use ( they were located about 1/2 mile up the road) and the sleeper sofas were dirty and unable to even sleep on due to no cushion and just feeling the springs. The beach was absolutely beautiful and easy to get to with just a short walk. Nice environment and close to a lot of stores and shopping. This is a very busy area but everyone seemed to be very nice!

Mendy, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your vacation rental experience while staying in Ariel Dunes I 1307, a very nice two-bed, two-bath condo in Seascape Resort. We are happy to know that you thought the location of this property is beautiful and easily accessible to the beautiful beach and plenty of dining and shopping options. Please accept our apology for the cleanliness of the floor and the uncomfortable sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is scheduled to be replaced in mid-September. We would have been more than happy to send someone to reclean the floor had we been made aware during your stay. The owners will be having a full tile and grout deep cleaning done along with sealing done by a professional steam cleaning company. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the location of the tennis courts. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.
