I am surprised that you said that the resort were not set up ? Im not sure what you mean -- This is a resort that is open all year round .... we have many guests who stay at Christmas, Easter etc ...... and really enjoy their stay ......... We do accept a dog like you said .... we do have to have strict conditions to ensure no damage or problems ....... and to ensure the comfort of other guests ......... so this house is always well presented and comfortble for guests .... i hope you will come and stay again soon jane xxx

THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDREW ........ for taking the time to leave your review x Like you said this is a lovely house, with plenty of space for large family groups like yourselves ...... with huge open plan living space to relax together ............ you have said previously that you all really enjoyed your holiday at this resort for your New Year Celebrations ....... It is a great resort with amazing facilities here. I am rather confused by your comments about the New Years Eve Celebration ----- i have mentioned this to the manager at the resort. There was a live band playing all night in to the early hours, this band was booked months before the actual night ...... and they were definitely playing all night !! ..... We have 2 of these fantastic 4 bed / 3 bath properties on this resort ........ we had guests staying in our other property .... they had a wonderful night at New Year with lots of entertainment for the children, great food, live music playing until the early hours, great atmosphere and amazing fireworks !! ...... They had a wonderful night ! ......... So we really are quite puzzled by your comments. The resort have also said what great feedback they have received from other guests who had a wonderful night here at New Year. Many guests have already re-booked for next year. We are constantly working to ensure that the house is well maintained and beautifully presented for our guests ........ i am surprised to read your comments about the beds ... i will look in to this --- this is the first time this has been mentioned to us. I am so glad that you had a wonderful stay here ...... i hope you will come and stay again soon xxx Thanks again for taking the time to leave your review Jane x

Thanks for yr review Shaun and im so pleased that you all enjoyed yr stay — this is a fabulous resort with amazing facilities ! We ensure that we include use of facilities for guests —- many owners do not provide these facilities !! Great central location too right in the heart of Cornwall …… this is the end of the busy holiday season so there will now obviously be a few marks on walls —- but there is not any damage Shaun ! I am at the house right now and there is not damage …… This fantastic 4 bedroom house is now due for decorating at the end of the season ……. Obviously we can not decorate in August when it is so busy ……. So your comments are unfair ….. we have professional cleaners who bring all equipment with them — so the hoover at the house is simply for guests to use ……. I will crrtainly check this. Anyway thank you as you say you had a lovely stay —— this really is a fabulous spacious house with all of these facilities included for you. Kindest regards. Jane x

Thank you so much Chris .... for your amazing 5 Star review .... im so pleased that you had a wonderful holiday here .... this is a fabulous Spacious 4 bedroom house in this amazing Central location in Cornwall, so close to all of the amazing beaches and attractions .... we offer amazing value here for this spacious house .... and yes the sofas and beds are all new ! Thanks again and glad to hear that you will be booking again soon Jane x

Thank you so much for your lovely review ... im so pleased that you had such a great stay here

Thanks so much for your lovely review ..... im so pleased that you had such a great holiday .......... the Spa is just lovely isnt it .... and offers wonderful treatments at great prices ! ....... So sorry the bar was closed for a few days ... they do sometimes close this when the park is very quiet ..... but there is the lovely cafe / coffee shop in the main reception building .... where they serve speciality coffee, beers great food and yummy cakes and treats ...... this is a great place to relax with the huge viewing window over the swimming pool ........ Im so pleased that you found the house spacious and well equipped for all of your needs ..... THANKS AGAIN AND I HOPE YOU WILL COME AND STAY AGAIN SOON Jane xxx

HI Susan, thank you for leaving your review ..... but we are completely confused by your comments .... we release that 1 of the toilet seats had a loose hinge ... so we replaced this straight away as you know ...... but your other points make no sense !! We leave a plentiful supply of mugs, plates, pots pans etc .... and when you left there were 14 of everything at the property ... so we don't understand ? When we came to replace the toilet seat you never mentioned any of these other things .... and told me that you had a lovely holiday ......... the only other thing you did mention is that the new fridge freezer was not working .... and when we checked this you had turned it right down to number 2 ..... so when we corrected this, it worked perfectly well, this is a lovely new black fridge freezer ...... you did seem to be looking for problems to be honest and we could not understand this -- we offer amazing value here for a large 4 bed/ 3 bath property with amazing free facilities here ..... for up to 10 guests ANYWAY thanks again for taking the time for leaving your review ..... most guests are absolutely delighted with this property in a fab central location xxx

Thanks so much Sarah, for your amazing 5 Star review. Im so pleased that you had such a great week at this fantastic resort. This is a great location in Cornwall with so many amazing beaches and attractions I hope you will come and stay again soon Jane xxx

Thanks for your kind comments, we work really hard to ensure that our properties are well equipped and well presented for our guests, we also like to get guests in the mood for their holiday with free Cornwall brochures in the post, and lots of information and aerial videos by email ....... i know that you appreciated this ........... and we always try hard to solve any query or problem any guest may have during their stay ........... I am a little confused by your comments about electric charges, i must point out that you have not been charged any extra charges at all !! ......... We do simply point out to guests that reasonable electric charges are included during your stay. We have lovely guests who book with us year after year ...... we are very lucky !! BUT as you can imagine on very rare occasions, we have experienced guests who abuse this ....... leaving heating + hot water on 24/7, and even departing for home and leaving heating and hot water on after they have left ! Im sure you can understand this. ........ Thanks again David -- i really hope that you will come and stay again soon Kindest regards Jane

Anyway i am so glad that you had such a lovely holiday here ..... it is a great resort isnt it ......... i hope you will come and stay again soon xxx THANK YOU AGAIN FOR TAKING THE TIME TO LEAVE YOUR REVIEW XX JANE

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR FANTASTIC REVIEW xxx It always makes us so happy when guests have such a wonderful holiday at this fantastic spacious home, with great facilities here. We are always very grateful when guests take the time to leave such a wonderful review. It is great for future guests to see what other guests thought about our accommodation xxx This 4 bedroom property is ideal for family groups with 3 generations like yourselves, with so many great facilities to keep everyone happy. This resort is set in over 50 acres of glorious coutryside, in the grounds of an historic manor house ......... so plenty of space and gardens for the children to relax and play. Thats great to hear that your children loved the indoor swimming pool and huge outdoor play area, my own children love these, and grandparents often love to relax in the cafe while children swim ..... there is a huge viewing window overlooking the swimming pool, where they can relax with a coffee and watch the swimming ! My own children love the indoor soft play, tennis courts, pitch and putt .............. ........ Many of our guests love to have the bar and restaurant on site ---- so that you can enjoy a drink or two, without the hassle of driving !
